Pros:Room was clean, Beds were comfy & clean, and bathroom was also very clean.Area was well lit and there were many security cameras in the parking & walking areas.Breakfast was good, limited choices but for price paid it was fair! ????Cons:Room never got serviced, but staff were extremely friendly. When I went to the front to get more towels they were very understanding, gave me extra, and asked if I needed anything else & offered toiletries too. But they never brought anything TOO the room for us or came in to clean / take trash.Trash was never taken so we had to stuff most of it in the trash bins outside, but there are multiple bins available outside so it wasn't a problem.Rooms: Pros:- Room was clean & spacious; your standard hotel room.- Beds were good and overall it was fine.Cons:- Room was never serviced ?? No one came to pick up trash or anything like that. We stayed for 4 days and no one came.- The room was a little noisy at night due to the busy road, but for the price paid & a pair of earplugs fixed that.Biggest Con:- The floor was DIRTY. Walking around barefoot for less than 5 minutes makes your feet black.? Socks are highly suggested.Safety: The area was very well lit & had cameras scattered about. The doors locked fine & the curtains pulled far enough so that you can't see in people's rooms.Food & drinks: Breakfast was from 7am to 9am. It's a cheap hotel and so the food is going to be your standard breakfast items. Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bagels, coffee, juice, etc. Nothing special but for the price paid the breakfast selection was very reasonable!!! ??Noteworthy details: Floor was really dirty ? Waking around for less than 5 minutes causes your feet to get black from all the dirt and debris. It felt as if they just need to change their mop head ??

The rooms were cleaner than what I expected and the price was good. I don’t know how much they go up on weekends tho, I was there during weekday. Great deposit price! I like the lady mopping sidewalks because it smelled really good and you don’t have to worry about outside smell. Should be more bagels for breakfast went there 8 am and nothing was left, but overall impressed

Room needed to be mopped and cleaned. Breakfast. That's a laugh. Continental breakfast consisted of Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran and 2 green bananas. The orange juice was very watered down. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The staff was very polite and courteous.I had a small refrigerator & microwave in the room, both very clean. The room was also very clean. There were visible stains on the cloth seat next to the bed. I didn't sit on that. The property overall looks a bit run down but I only stayed one night and it was cheap.Safety: The neighborhood looks iffy at night but the property is very well lit.

I'm happy with it... but I'm not "high" maintenance so. The service was very hospitable but some might want more... the staff members I encountered all GENUINE and seemed to like what they do. I WOULD book ? THIS Days Inn AGAIN ... even though housekeeping missed the dentures ? under the ice bucket, and the pool had to undergo maintenance WHICH WAS VERY much NEEDED...

We came to Apopka for the Dirty Heads concert last weekend & stayed 1 night here since it was close to the amphitheater. Had a really bad experience a few months ago at another hotel in North Florida so have been very particular with “cheaper” hotels, figured this one wouldn’t be bad since it was owned by Days Inn & definitely are happy with our choice! The employees were super friendly, efficient & accommodating, especially Ms. Tracy. It was really hot the day of the concert & upon check-in, Tracy introduced herself & asked if we were going to the concert. Told her we were then she gave us closed water bottles to take with us into the venue. The room was also clean & well maintained, actually better than we expected. The next day, we were running a little behind for check-out & Ms. Tracy came by our room (I think to clean). Apologized & let her know we were almost ready to go, which she replied with no worries, then gave us an extra hour to leave. Totally blown away with how excellent of an experience this was, we will definitely stay here again for the next Apopka concert!!

Days Inn by Windham in Apopka, FL Needs more attention in cleanliness. My stay was 5 days and no matter how many times I asked for housekeeping service, it never came. Every day I had to go to the office for towels. Perfect location for Apopka.Rooms: Needs attention on cleanliness.Safety: The main curtain should be adjusted, people can see through one side of it.

Entered room upon check in. As soon as I turned on the lights the roaches ran. Went to front office for a refund. No refund given, I checked out immediately. Do not book!! Unless you like sleeping in a room with roaches. They will not refund you. Poor customer service. Zero star rating.

I was thrown off when asked for $ deposit at check in, especially after a long work day. I stay at many place’s while doing music promo in FL. All want a deposit. When I entered the room I was happily surprised with everything working in the room, no stain’s or burn markings. I did the dust test and found the room to be clean. Even the air vent’s. Maybe it is because the cash deposit and cash back at check out that help’s keep the room’s like this. Most room’s I get usually have some issue or no handicap parking (Ponce De Leon in St is a nightmare for handicapped).Clean & SafeCustomer Service was goodSmall non heated poolYes, it is slightly loud being on a main road but it didn’t bother me.Please fox your ice machine would be my only suggestion.I’ll be back.Jennifer

UPDATE: Management replied on here and asked me to contact them. I did email them and never heard back. Should I be surprised?- ROACHES &. BUGS EVERYWHERE in the room. You kill one... another one appears (see pics).- Wake up first morning to dozens of bugs all around the sink.. because of the water!- The room is a recent remodel but the floor is caked in black. It looks fine till you see the bottom of your feet. Rub a white towel on the floor (see pics).- Air quality. Upon entering room it smells like a nasty public bathroom. Sickening.- Talked to font desk guy about it and he just kept saying "we have no other rooms sir".Easily the worst experience I've ever had staying anywhere.AVOID

Prepaid when booking through Wyndham using reward points to get discount on room. Was told I never paid even after showing receipt and calling Wyndham rewards and the lady calling the front desk here to hotel. I need to repay and then call and be refunded my money through Wyndham. I had been charged and booked a room with 2 queen beds we were given a room with 2 double beds but still charged the 2 queen bed room. Complete rip off!Poor customer service with front desk manager!

First off I would consider this location to be a motel not a hotel. Husband and I booked this ‘hotel’ to save a few bucks and later regretted that decision. Walking into the room it immediately smelled like Clorox (or whatever cleaning product utilized, unsafe to inhale) and we had to mask the smell with perfumes. Our shower drain was slow, so imagine taking a shower while standing in pool of water…gross right? We brought this issue to the staffs attention and nothing was done to resolve the issue. But wait there’s more; I woke up one night to witness a roach crawling across the bedroom wall. The next morning I spotted one outside our door…I don’t think I need to explain any further…please save your money and book elsewhere for better experience.

When checking in we found out no elevator so we asked for room on first floor. Man at counter claimed none of the same rooms available on first floor and we would be charged $20 extra above what I already paid. No greeting when we walked in and the entire time talking to this man I could barely hear him. We had two heavy coolers that we could not lug upstairs so I paid the extra $20. When entering room it smelled a little like mildew but we figured it was because the air was running on low. The room seemed clean so we just turned the air up before we left the room to go get dinner. When we returned to room smelled slightly better. Tried to use the TV, no sound. Tried to call front desk, phone didn't work. BF walked down to front desk and was given a different remote but that didn't solve anything. Ended up getting the sound to work by unplugging the TV and plugging back in but now a very LOUD voice would announce everytime we changed the channel or raised and lowered the volume. Used the bathroom and found water leaking out onto the floor at the base of the toilet anytime we flushed. Finally laid down and discovered spots of mold on the ceiling. At this point we were to tired to care. At least the front desk person in the am was friendly.

Room 217 was gross. I pulled back the covers when we first got in the room and the bed was covered with black hairs and stains. The second bed had stains on the sheets. The freezer had an exploded popsicle left inside of it.It was just gross. This was an emergency stop and we had no where to go at midnight. We moved to another room which was cleaner. Overall it definitely wasn't worth the $160
