5-star experience here at this busy Discount Tire store in Apopka. There were 4 employees at the front desks processing clients and answering phones. So it's best to make an appointment online ahead of time. Lots of seating in the waiting area. Ryan quickly inspected & fixed my problem tire (nail lodged in tread, but no puncture; Lucky me!). And I was quickly out the door and back on the road. Thanks, Discount Tire! 😊

I want to say a big thank you to the Manager Marshall for his exceptional customer service 03/08/25. The technician Brandon is A+ on tire knowledge. The professionalism is top notch, and the price was very affordable for the 4 tires with alignment I purchased. I left a very happy customer and will recommend this discount tire location to family and friends. Thanks to all that gave assistance to my service.

I cannot say enough good things about this Apopka Discount Tire Store! When I called they actually answered the phone which was not the case in some other tire stores. Brandon could not have been nicer and more helpful so I made the choice to go there, and it was ABSOLUTELY the right choice. Brandon was great and so helpful in working with me and everyone in the store went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and at the most competitive price...WOW. I will always go to this store and will recommend to everyone. Thank you so much Brandon and all the other guys who helped!

I had an unexpected flat. I was 4th to arrive before they opened. There were about 8 of us. The staff opened the door, came outside and helped the people who were waiting in order 4 all at once. They are always polite, helpful and efficient.

Have been to this location multiple times, it’s clean and always has great customer service. Jose the assistant manager helped us out today, he is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Wait time is usually always less than they quote too. Thank you to Jose and his team!!

OMG I'm so grateful to have found these Fellas. I needed a tire. Firestone was going to charge me $187 for a tire. My needs were immediate and those folks weren't being honest. I was passing by this place when I said why not.....my tire was $120.02. They checked me in, took a look at the tire, told me I'd be out by 12.....it was 11:11 (I even commented on the Angel number during check-in). I was in and out of there long before 12.
Y'all's Mama's would be proud of y'all. I know I am.

Jose Hernandez, Asst. Mgr., does a GREAT job! Well-spoken, he listens & he follows thru with what is scheduled... that alone is huge. We had a small tire problem which could have become large; he handled the issue promptly, professionally and in unison with our schedule. What a HUGE asset to Discount Tire!!!

when there today to do a rotation - first they ask me to pay $18 per tire 🤮- tire look good , they refuse to do a rotation and suggest me to get new ones ha ha I found another place and charge me $35 for all the rotation !!!
