  The line is incredibly long. No one in line looked to be moving. What seems to be the manager (lady in a blue shirt) is playing a gambling game on her phone and kicking a box around. Put the phone down, put the box where it needs to go, and hop on a register.

  I went to this store September 8, 2024 to purchase a few items, when I stepped in I saw two workers so I asked to be shown where a few particular items were. Immediately I was met with an unkind and a not-so-courteous uncouth attitude. The person said with an unpleasant tone, “The things you want are on isle 12 on the right”. I tried to help myself, but I just couldn’t find the item after being there for about 20 minutes. I went back to the desk and asked for assistance for the other worker who came to help me. That worker too was having challenges finding the item as she said she was new. However, we eventually found the item. When I went to make my purchase, I was asked by the cashier, the cliche question, “Did you find everything ok?” I said no, your coworker had to assist me after 20 mins, and you know fully well. I then told her that when I go to Walmart and Publix they help their customers. She then replied, “This is not Walmart or Publix”. I then said that while it’s not, it’s about customer service and they are there to help the customers. She started saying that I’m to go the Walgreens or CVS, and how she can deny the sale, which she did. So she denied the sale when I needed the medication for my wife who was sick. She was loud and finally told me to leave the store. I asked st speak to a manager then she said, “I’m the manager here”. I asked to speak to the person who supervises her, she said she owns the store. I told her no branch manager owns the dollar general. She angrily told me to leave.
  I hope someone in authority in this company sees this, because a manager like this should not be in a frontline position to be interacting with customers who spend their hard earn money. They can rest assured that my hard earn money will be spent there again. “Sickening”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  There's always something wrong. One day it's the cash register next day it's the self checkout the place is always a mess. This store needs a full overhaul

  Is alot better. More on shelves. And cleaned. Employees very nice and helped me find what I need. I will be back again. It must have new management. Alot better.

  I hardly ever stopped here..boxes e everywhere.. but today..surprise! It was cleaned up..no boxes...very pleasurable experience..great new management

  I really wouldn't even give this store 1 star. The cash register hasn't worked in two months, they stand around doing, why should I check my self out and they get paid for. doing nothing .

  I can honestly say their parking lot is cleaner then the inside of this store- pretty sure they have never mopped since it has been open- isles are blocked with debris it is absolutely gross. Boxes and boxes full of random s*** everywhere- it's like you walked into a hoarders home.
