This Dollar Tree location was quite disappointing. We attempted to use the restroom, only to find it locked and requiring an employee to grant access. At the cash register, there was only one employee available to assist us. We noticed another staff member and inquired about using the restroom, but were informed that it was closed. In urgent need of a restroom, we decided to leave the store in search of an alternative facility. As we exited, we overheard the employees discussing our departure, remarking, "Some customers are leaving because they are upset they cannot use the bathroom." The service was unsatisfactory, and the overall experience was regrettable. I would rate this establishment a 0 out of 10 if possible, as it was disorganized and I would not recommend it, even if it were the only Dollar Tree available.

What has been consistent in the midst of business fluctuation has been employees like Annette. I don't think in all the years she's been there she's missed saying "Welcome to Dollar Tree" to everyone with a sincere smile. Once a year Mgmt. should spotlight their outstanding employees Annette at this location is certainly deserving of such recognition.

For a dollar tree this one is really nice. Not narrow aisles wide open store lots of selection and not all crowded together. The merchandise is nicely displayed and the store is really clean unlike some locations. The staff is nice and the plaza has lots of parking

I would've gave a 5 star but for some reason they control the AC and heat from Virginia, so poor Ms. Sherry and Jessica who have to suffer and deal with heat inside that store because Virginia has not checked the weather for Orlando florida.

Horrible service. There at 11:15am on 11/14/24. One checkout open 3 people sitting in the front office talking. 12 people waiting to check out. Ridiculous, I will not be coming back to this location.

I stopped in on the way home and I was really surprised by how clean everything was and how helpful Cheri was.
I'm not from this area and the layout is different from mine. I was in a hurry and asked if she could help me find the couple of items I needed. She helped me out and I was in and out quickly!

We haven’t shopped this particular Dollar Tree in a while & today we were pleasantly surprised!! The store is beautiful… well organized, clean, plenty of “new” items!!
Store manager Tara was quite pleased when we told her how great her store was!! Annette was so kind & courteous as we checked out at her register.
If you haven’t shopped this location in a while… you too will be surprised!
