If you could help it, I would avoid this enterprise at all costs. The most despicable customer service ever! I never wanted to deal with them anyway because of my FIRST impression and interaction. The manager Colin I believe his name was…extremely rude. Call customer service, they send you to the branch. This place has lacked customer service kindness for years. Went to another location and wa-la…treated with kindness and courtesy. Will never return to the Apopka location.

Had worst customer service experience ever at Apopka, FL location!!!
We rented a car from Orlando Airport for our vacation, first day of trip got a flat tire and after calling roadside assist they sent someone to change the tire, then we were asked us to drive to Apopka location to exchange the car as driving with spare was not safe. Although this location was not on our way we drove to there. Once I got there the branch manager told me that they have no cars (that was a lie as multiple new customers arrived to receive rentals while I was there). She told us to drive to another Enterprise location. When I asked her to look up their system or help me contact them ensure we are not driving elsewhere and finding out they don't have a car either she refused and kept saying that she won't speak on their behalf (!), as if I was asking for her to do so. Our request was simply to contact or look up their system and ensure they send us to a location that does have the exchange car. She still refused and didn't even have the courtesy to contact their customer service to get us help. Knowing that driving more on spare tire was a safety risk, she still refused to provide any help, nor any explanation on why we were sent to their location and simply said that we have to sort it out with customer support ourselves, as if she is not an Enterprise representative!!!
While I have had relatively good experiences in the past with Enterprise, this particular employee (branch manager at Apopka, FL location) as well as the road side assistance call service who sent us to this location seriously changed my opinion about enterprise car rental. Worst customer service ever.

Request of ASU v received a Jeep Wrangler. Sahara upon driving this vehicle. It needs a front and alignment every time I hit a bump. It is shaking all over the place

Two reasons for this bad review. First on a previous rental the manager gave me her business card and said she’d take care of me next time. Well the next time the price went up 30%. If that’s taking care of me, I’ll go uncared for. Second reason is that when calling the location, I waited on hold 15 minutes. I actually drove from home past their office and all the way to my destination where I waited for them to finally pickup. All the while hearing the hold message which talks about how customer service focused they are. They missed the mark in their focus. I think they know that for certain types of rentals they have the market cornered and can get away with whatever they want. Typical corporate greed.

AC was broken in the branch. It was at least 86/87 degrees inside. I was quoted a 25-30 minute wait for a Malibu to be cleaned. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes before actually being placed in a vehicle. The wait would’ve been a bit more bearable in AC. Not a pleasant experience with picking up today.

Was satisfied with selections of cars and the checkout experience….actually superb! But upon returning…it was NOT the same experience. Laura insisted that there was a coolant leak from the car, and when we backed the car up it proved that it wasn’t. The lip was damaged on the vehicle, and they said I caused it. Checking out the car no one squatted before releasing it so why upon return the staff are now squatting and seeing damages. The no apology from the car not leaking is my problem. They saw 1 issue and just wanted to keep adding and accusing of other errors. Then, once the car showed no leakage her exact words were “ We are not mechanics, which is why we send them to the shop.” But you were a mechanic when it looked like it was coming from the car I rented! I will never come to this location again! I have had positive experiences with other Enterprise locations, so I won’t throw the whole company away. Laura, be more professional please, and if you all are gonna stoop and bend when someone returns a car, please stoop and bend as they check it out as well.

Book reservation. Came to location there was no vehicle available that would meet our needs. They made absolutely no effort to offer an alternative.

I rented cars from this locations a few times. I needed a 1 day rental yesterday. When checking out, the attendant and I both looked at the gas, agreed it was 3/4 of a tank and I pointed out that it said it had 400 miles left. I dropped the car off last night with just over 3/4 and 415 miles left. I got a message today that I brought the car back with less gas and that I was being charged $18. I cannot stand when big corporations pull this kind of stuff. Even though I got my money back, how many people just let it go and therefore padding Enterprise’s bottom line? I hope $18 worth losing a customer.

This location has some of the most beat up vehicles and very slow service. Waiting 40 minutes for a vehicle to be cleaned and they bought it out still dirty with soap dripping . They need some improvement.

We had a terrible experience, we were meant to rent a car on the 18th my father wasn’t able to because we didn’t have a credit card. Waited 3 hours for a solution, they said i could rent the car because i live in state, the man helping him spoke to my brother on the phone who speaks English because my father doesn’t. He said all i required was my license.
We arrive on the 19th so that i can rent the car. They say i needed to be verified which was never told to us. In order to be verified i had to have mail which i didn’t because who carries their mail with them.
I explained that they never said that we needed this paperwork, a short man with brown hair Caucasian, was helping us this point i told him no one explained that we needed any of that information he gave us a paper with everything we needed.
I went to check my car did not have any paperwork. Went back inside and he was speaking with a blond woman who was quite rude not just to us but her co-workers as well. They all seemed flustered and she was asking them to do more and more. The short man and the blond woman then proceeded to speak about my father and I and how we were liars about them not giving us the full informations the day before. They giggled and smirked in front of us and said “ you know how does people are” EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT TO SAY RACIST. Disgusting employee.
There was no attempt of helping us resolve anything no apology or anything of the sort.
Extremely disappointed in who your location chooses to staff.
I work in customer service and i would never speak wrongly about a PAYING customer specially in front of them. DO BETTER. Tell your staff to learn to be basic humans.
