Our experience moving was so easy and it was particularly easy because of one of the employees named Rocky. Rocky gave me amazing customer service and went above and beyond to see that I got into my unit and that everything was to my liking. Not only that, but nearly immediately when I booked my storage unit, he called me to tell me that I could have a better positioned one to the elevator and that he’d change it for me. That’s the kind of customer service this world needs! 5/5 would recommend this place as long as people like him are stay working here.
