Literally the worst bank. I had account for years and closed it cause of the customer service. Tried to deposit a check into my husband's account in my name today after waiting forever (they are so slow here, they could care less about your time) Had the rudest experience with Annette I believe it was, she snuffed me away saying she couldn't do anything to help me. I wouldn't let that woman be the face of your company that talks to clients. The other 5.3 I've never had an issue, and they are happy to help me. We will be switching our accounts else where.

Been calling for 2 days to regain access to my online banking account due to fraud.. when they decide to answer on the second day they put me on hold for 10 minutes just to hang up on me and go on lunch break. Called again after lunch and no answer. Thanks 5/3..

If you’re in a rush, avoid this branch by all means.There’s always 3/4 people doing everything else but helping customers, so you’ll be here a minimum of 20 minutes even if you’re the only person inside the location. They are pleasantly mannered for the most part, but they do not work with haste even if you let them know you’re in a hurry.

What's the point in scheduling an appointment ahead of time if you're just going to waste an hour of my time ignoring me while you take care of the 8 walk-ins who came in after? Disrespectful. Thanks for wasting my lunch break. I'll be opening an account elsewhere.

Apopka is a distance for me to travel so I don't have the convenience to go to the branch regularly. I opened a 5th/3rd account within the past year and though there was a bit of a wait due to a limited staff at the time, I still had a very good experience with the bank rep. at this location.

I don’t even know where to start. A few days ago I tried paying my federal taxes with my bank debit card which they immediately put a hold on. I called the bank the next day to explain to them it wasn’t fraud that it was me that was trying to do it and told her that I ended up paying out of my bank account. Since they’ve been outsourcing their customer care calls I knew immediately the girl had no idea who the IRS was her that our taxes were due this week so what does she do, she totally canceled myDebit card without telling me or even getting my permission. I didn’t find out till I actually went into the bank and talked with an officer who told me there was nothing they could do. I told her I was I was done and then I was closing all of my accounts.The next day when I went in to close my savings account she saw me never apologize I said I’m so sorry absolutely nothing and I could tell by the tellers treatment of me that she had told her what it happened. So if you’re smartI advise you to think twice before using this bank.

This location has the best customer service!!! You should definitely bank here at this location. Needed to make some changes to my accounts and not only was the associate completely professional but also extremely friendly!! Customer forever

The Rock Springs/ Apopka location is hands down the best! They have gone above and beyond not only for our business account but have done so for our staff as well. Even stayed a little late to help 2 of our youngest staff members get set up with their first bank accounts. This is also the first bank in close to 10 yrs that actually has long term staff that recognizes not just management that deals with them for the company but all the staff that routinely cashes their paycheck there even if they don't have an account. Sadly you just don't find that many places.

I have been banking with 5/3rd for over 20 years and at the Apopka location since they opened up. I have never had any problems at all. Staff are friendly and have answered any questions I had.... even gave my dog a bone at the drive thru! Just called and pushed 3 to speak with a representative and got right through, too! Five stars from me!

I left them. The FTC is investigating them now as well as the CIA. They stole my money as well as 5 others. Would not recommend.

If I could give them I negative number I would but that's not possible. there customer service is none existent. I will take my loan and transfer it to another bank after witnessing first hand, how they treat their customers. All in all end goal is money not customer satisfaction.

VERRRY impressed with the customer service received by Lara. I wish all personal bankers operated the way she does. Good listener, patient, knowledgeable, and follows through. Highly recommend
