I had my son's car towed due to a flat tire. When I arrived, I was charged 110.00. I still don't know why as the car arrived with a flat tire.
I left the shop thinking wow, this man must be desperate for cash. After reading other reviews this is a common practice.
Merry Christmas, 110.00!

My husband had his 2014 Dodge Ram in Orlando to first performance but yet but the electronic rack and pinion that was used and had a 6-month warranty that I was told and I was in the hospital and come to find out it was only a 3 month warranty. Also I was told it'd be less than $2,000, but yet the total was almost $3,000? $100 for a 3.5% of total percent bill for credit or debit card processing fee, also High tech diagnostic test for the cam which were both $119. When I spoke with the owner, he made it sound like it would be less than $2,000 to replace the used rack and pinion INCLUDING LABOR. I am the wife and AND MY MOTHER IS THE ONE THAT REFERED ME TO THEM BECAUSE WHWRE SHE WORKS USES THEM TO FIX THEIR TRUCKS. I was in communication with them and I told them to CALL ME ,although they would always call my husband while he was working, the bill came out to almost $3,000. I WILL BE SEEING THE OWNER TOMORROW THIS IS B*******THEY LIED I WOULD HAVE NEVER TOLD THEM TO REPLACE THAT RACK AND PINION WITH A 3-MONTH WARRANTY

Dangerous Crooks. I had my truck towed after hours with a flat tire.
My spare has some rust on the assembly under the truck and the cable needed to be cut, so AAA towed it to one of their in network mechanics.
I called the shop and left a voicemail that my truck with description was needing a new tire.
Then called once they opened and explained that i wasn't sure what shape the tire was in and that cutting the rusted cable was fine with me. The owner said that he would check it out and let me know.
About 2 hours later I recieved a phone call to pick up my truck. ($180.)
So the next day, my tire is flat and wont hold air.
So I take my car to an actual tire place and they show me that the tire was made in 2006. My truck is a 2008. I bought it used. So I have no idea the age of the spare.
It's dry rotted and 18 years old.
The mechanic shop never mentioned any issues with it at all when I picked it up.
So I call First Performance and speak with the owner today and let him know that the tire was completely unsafe.
No apology. He said, "It didn't show any signs of dry rot, and when asked if he was going to try and make it right, his response was, "what do you want me to do about it"
Not a good experience AT ALL. Seems super shady to me. $180.00 nonsense.
They could have been honest and told me to either, purchase a new tire or sell me a tire, or made me aware that it was not road worthy.
But instead they turned a blind eye, or didn't pay attention to the spare.
Either way they put lives in danger for pure negligence.
Update. He was not honest with his reply on here.
After the tire blew out he said, He would put another one on.
Dishonesty will not work in his favor.
I'm thankful no one was injured because of their lack of integrity

I'm new to Florida. I own an older vehicle. MARTY was efficient. My car has never operated better. 1st Performance Automotive was recommended by AAA, I never received a 10% discount. I myself would rather know a great mechanic. THANK YOU!!!! MARTY, The point is when I return, which I will. I prefer again a great repair, not a discount repair.

They work very well, the oil change costs 18.95 if you change the air filter and the oil filter costs $25. They gave me excellent service

No complaints at all! We brought an SUV in for an air suspension problem that had been going on for years and we finally got it fixed/ converted over to springs, thanks to 1st performance! They were very upfront, friendly, and fast! The pricing was excellent as well! They stayed in contact throughout the entire time it was in their shop and they even got everything done the day before they said they'd have it done. All in all I would highly recommend this place! Thank you guys!Jessica & RosemaryServices: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my car in for a humming sound in the front. After Robs tech looked it over he came up with the front wheel bearings and CV axle was bad. Received a quote and it was very reasonable, Rob even told me the CV axle could possible wait a little longer. Which made me feel good that he was looking out for his customers and not trying to stick it to them, I went ahead had them do the entire job. Rob said it would be done In the afternoon and it was. Rob and his crew seam very knowledgeable and honest. I will be taking my vehicles back for any repairs that need to be done.

Misleading Facebook ad led me to this place for an a/c recharge. Ad was for up to 1/2 lb of freon but I didn't see that because I clicked the get more info button. I called someone there. Then someone called me since I signed up through the ad, and I asked them if it's $99 for all cars. They said yes, with no mention of the details. When I got there and talked to one of the workers, I told the guy that it only blows out 60 degree air. He told me that's all I can expect from any car, but the internet says cars should blow 45-55. I've personally seen this vehicle and my other blow 45.When I filled out the paperwork I checked the section stating I'd like a written estimate before the work is done. Then I got billed $225 without warning. For that price I could have went to shop near more, and probably have got it done for less. The price should be for a FULL recharge. All vehicles take about the same amount of freon, and freon is cheap, even at retail price. They had several opportunities to handle customer expectations, especially with me inquiring about it and even checking the box when I got there. They know they're misleading people for profit and they didn't care that I was unhappy about it.
