Has some okay employees but it's ridiculous they never answer the phone I understand being busy but if I've called for several days at different times of the day and you never once pick up the phone then it means you don't care for your customers

Horrible customer service!! I bought a certified preowned PS5 from this location. I brought it home and it did not work. It had several issues just loading updates. The employee there had the nerve to tell me I did something to the unit and refused the return! He just said there’s nothing I can do to help you. Never in my life have I ever heard of someone not being able to return something a day later with the receipt due to it being defective. This employee will be working at GameStop the rest of his life

I am disappointed in the service I received today at this location, I have been a Pro member with GameStop for years and enjoy gaming at all levels. I went into this establishment to see about getting some parts for a headset as the earmuffs of my current headset are disintegrating. When I approached the counter to ask the man at the counter if I could ask him a question he asked me "How much money you got." Which is an inappropriate question to ask a patron, I laughed it off not realizing he was serious and asked my question to which he responded that "Oh so you're not going to answer my question, it's not a back and forth?" After which I said I'll just leave and exited the establishment. It's hard enough finding safe places as a women in the gaming community and I shouldn't have to divulge my income or finances to have a simple question of inventory answered.

Overhearing the associate laugh with his friends that he never puts high value stuff on the shelves and purchases them himself was enough reason to cancel All my preorders and take my business elsewhere. I know yall received 8 disk drives for the ps5 and they were never put out because he bought them all I know this because he said it out loud behind the counter. He also joked he post things online and then uses his discount and buys them and resales them after they have sold online. Why waste my time coming to the Store when anything worth purchasing never makes it to the Shelves??

Do not believe there return time. Just bought a used game and brought it back within the 7 day window because it didn't play on my switch since they didn't have anymore copies I decided to switch it out with another game. Instead of giving me my money back they gave me a trade in fee. I lost 40 dollars because they wouldn't honor their return policy.

Well it's expensive but also worth the trip. Not just this store but the merchandise itself is like anywhere else you are going to pay a lot on gaming, game systems and accessories. The benefits here make it much better to get everything in this store rather than online or elsewhere. I wish I could reply on another person's review of the store it was lew9000 stated that it was the worst stories been to in 20 years and that he lives 2 mi from this store but yet he would rather drive 20 mi out of the way to another store when there is another store right up the road on 434 less than a quarter mile from 436 so I don't know if he was just saying that for dramatic effect but all I know is every time I've been in the store I have never had poor customer service I have never been given poor information I guess things have changed since he reviewed the place but it's not as bad as what people are talking about yes they do get busy mind you but so do a lot of other places

My son got a new 3DS game. It was at a great price, and he was excited. Great customer service. There was a little line, but over all good experience.
