The panel that was painteddried with running paint, and a lot of what felt like dirt under the paint was noticable and easily felt with your hand. Hood had scratches that were not there when we dropped off the car (I had washed and dried the car the day I dropped off the car, I know the scratchess my car has.)On the lip of the rear door there's a spot that looks like the orbital sander was payed down and now looks white as if the clear coat got rubbed off just in that section, again that wasn't there when we dropped the car off to them.Never again will we use Gerber. And my whole company will also never use them again. Insurance company has also been warned.As I explained to the staff that looked at all this, I would have expected this type of paint job from a cheap 300$ Whole car paint company, not Gerber. Im typing this and I still can't believe it.We've had other paint jobs done with other cars, that when they were done with the paint job you couldn't tell it got painted and looked like a brand new car. That's the level of service we expected from Gerber. Never again.Gerber did take the car back and "repainted" the panel that had the running dried paint and speckles, but the final was still not 100%. I was just happy to have car back.Again, I'll say we took a car to ECONO paint, and they did such a good job to paint the whole car, not just a panel and charged half of what Gerber charged just for one panel. Come on!! Enough said.

My adjuster, Nick, was phenomenal! My car looks good as new and he was very communicative through the entire process. When I dropped off the vehicle, Nick told me he would call me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update and he did exactly that. There was a slight delay due to waiting for one part, but he made sure to communicate that with me so I was aware. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and kind. One went above and beyond by contacting me to let me know I dropped an earpod so I could come back and get it! Incredible customer service all around!

Things they should tell you at the door.1. Swamped2. Waiting for a call back might take days.3. Their selected ( SHOP ) might not be able to detect certain issues.. ( certain parts can only be replaced by certified locations/dealerships )Would I have left the vehicle anyway? ^ chalk it up to bad timing.

I was hesitant on selecting this location due to the previous reviews, however im glad i gave them a shot. Our car was completed before the promised time, our rental was easily picked up and dropped off at location, and the staff kept us updated troughout the whole process.I can't speak for everyone that has had issues, however here'ssome things to consider:-They can't control supply shortages. There will always be times where a part isn't in stock, and it may take a little longer for them to get a hold of.-Sometimes, there's damanges on your car prior to the accident! For example, we had a issue with our trunk looking a bit weird, and we immediately assumed this missed by Gerber. However after looking at some pictures of the car when we first bought it, 4 years ago, the trunk looked the same!Overall, i would use this location again in the case i need to!Services: Painting

My wife was hit from behind and we had to use them in January unfortunately a part did not come when they kept our car for 5 weeks. They said that they would call us once the part came in and never called. We ended up calling them after the muffler started hanging again 3 months after they attempted to fix it and told them about the other part that they never called us about. It took us at minimum 3 more visits up there to get the car completely resolved. Wife was with out car for a total of 40 days plus. Owner finally felt bad and gave her a $50 gift card and said that he will send another $50 in the mail due to his techs not documenting correctly but it's been over 3 weeks since we last talked to them and still have not received it.

Gave my mother the run around said they had to order more parts after waiting a week for a headlight. When they could have checked before. Front desk lady said If you worked on cars you would know. Terrible customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Never leave your car here ,customer service is super bad, painting and repair job bad, I left my car to repair the front bumper, overspray on the doors, and his answer was that the car arrived that way, I never recommend this place in my lifeService: Painting

Tried to take my car in today for a quick estimate. Apparently you now need an appointment for them to look at it for a min! A year ago they gave us an estimate on the spot without a “appointment”. The older lady, with a short haircut, was very rude. Asked if we were using insurance. Stated I wasn’t sure. Instead of setting us up an appointment, she flat out said go somewhere else. After she said she e only take insurance work. This was after I said I wasn’t sure and just need an estimate appointment. Ok, I will take my business elsewhere and tell everyone else to do so as well. DON’T bother with this unprofessional company! I would give 0 stars if it was allowed. Stay away.

I don't trust this place. Traveler's insurance refer us to go here. After getting our Toyota Rav 4 back 2 times, that's right, twice we sent it back for rework, we started finding scratches all over the car. This is not professional. Can't believe I found my memory chip missing from the dash cam. Sure raise suspicion, right.I am currently contacting the regional manager for these mistakes. If I don't here from the regional manager soon, i guess I have to talk to someone else.If Traveler's insurance refer you or someone you may know, good luck.4/17/2023UpdateI have spoken to both managers (General and Regional) at Gerber here in Apopka. They are assuring me that everything that have gone wrong will be resolve.
