I found something with no price so I took it up to the front. They were googling the price to see how much it was brand new and then charge $10 cheaper than what I can get brand new in a store.
This Goodwill is not about helping the people it’s not about helping the community. It’s about how much they can get so the managers can get a raise for how much that store gets.
You buy something they say you gotta pick it up in two days and then they turn around and sell it two more times and you come back and you can’t even get your money back! Scam

The Apopka Goodwill is a well-run and impressively organized thrift store. They offer a wide variety of items including clothing for the whole family, shoes, home goods, books, furniture, decor, jewelry, and collectibles. The store is clean, well-lit, and easy to browse. I especially appreciate the weekly rotating half-off sales—they make treasure hunting even more fun. There’s plenty of parking in their own lot, and donations are always welcome. A great place to shop for a great cause. Highly recommended!

I love 😍 a thrifty deal! A lady sweetheart worker approached me and gave me a good tip. She told me to pay attention to the colored tags to find the best deals for the day. So i snatched a buggy and, OMG, I filled it right up! I have a whole new wardrobe for pennies ln 💵!

Absolutely horrible donation experiences. I have often thought this location was pretty crappy, but today was the day that threw me over the edge. The audacity of the staff when you are simply trying to drop off donations is absurd. I was greeted with nothing but sass this morning. She tells me I cannot place items on the ground, but they must be in a cart. Ok, fine, I can do that. Well, she did not provide any more carts. Every single one out there was slap full, overflowing. So, here I am piling up leaning towers of boxes on top of prior customers donations while she watches me. She was not going to empty carts to bring out as I never saw not a one empty cart the whole time I was there. I would have honestly preferred NO team member but plenty of EMPTY CARTS for my donations. At least the carts don't bark impossible orders at me while simultaneously having a snotty attitude.
I am not a confrontational person, but I had to say something to the shockingly rude person at the door. I did ask to speak to a manager, which was granted, but all the while this team member was just a hootin' and a hollerin'. The feedback was most likely not taken, but I know for sure I will be finding a different location to take my donations. I would rather take them to the dump than this Goodwill.

Very nice Goodwill! Found a few things and would have gotten more but there are no fitting rooms. You can returns items within 3 days if the tags are still on, but can only exchange for more items and not get a refund. All in all it was a very good shopping trip ☺️

This is a very clean, nice Goodwill. I drive 35 minutes to go here. Always find nice things. The staff is awesome. Plenty of parking spaces.

The employment process for goodwill is the most horrible I've expirienced yet!! Hiring in eustis location was told to call Apopka location to chk status on my application now told from apopka that thereis no manager there to contact for status on apps!!! Really dont get it but they're all over trying to hire... how are you supposed to contact anyone to chk such things!!

A disappointment! The first goodwill that doesn’t have fitting rooms, outlets to check if electronic works and the high prices. If items are gifted, why should goodwill become greedy to the point of high prices and not allowing fitting rooms, only reason is possibility of theft, really! Soooo many other goodwill stores, I’m choosing another store.

I really don’t understand how goodwill is selling donated goods for so much. I went in the other day and they had a pair of beat up unbranded shoes for $20. They also had a dvd box set for $50.

I Love Shopping At The Big Goodwill In Apopka Florida. Very Nice Staff And Friendly. I Got Me A Cheap Coffee Maker In Here At Goodwill. Very Nice Place To Shop For Cheap Prices. I Give This Goodwill In Apopka Florida A 5 Star Rating.
