Massive Goodwill store with an impressive selection. One thing to be aware of this location does not have dressing rooms so be aware. Other than that, 5 stars!

Hoping management sees this. Left the store empty handed today after putting back several items I would have purchased. Your employees are tagging the clothes in a manner that is leaving holes in obvious places. I’ll pay the higher prices on certain items but that $20 dress is going right back if it has a hole in the fabric from the GW tag.

I will never shop at another Goodwill again. I used to go in looking for odds and ends. Household goods, maybe a baby onesie. Make no mistake, the baby clothes they are selling for 6-8 dollars a piece were likely originally from a set of 2-3 for the same price. Toddler coat with a cigarette burn hole was for sale for 10 dollars. A “vintage” plushie for 49.99! Numerous people blocking items as they frantically google what they could potentially resell it for online. Customers sitting on the floor (yikes) going through the toys, wall pictures and knick knacks to find their next dollar profit. This store is too nauseating for me to be a patron any longer. I will never donate to them again. If you’re looking for places worthy of your used items and you want to help out, donate to a local homeless or women’s shelter, church, or teen outreach. Good riddance, Greedwill.

This location does not have changing room, store has no return policy only exchange. Staff was extremely rude about it and dismissive. Go to the winter park location !

Donations should be a happy feeling, however the individuals receiving do not help you unload anymore and are not friendly at all.

They are pricing more than retail in some cases and also changing certain items to have stickers that arent the color of the week (I'm looking at you weighted blankets and pullups) as confirmed by the employees. That's not how goodwill is supposed to work.

Being a loyal customer prior, Everytime I go in there now I tell myself I won't come back. The prices are way too high. I can go to Ross and get it new cheaper. You can't try on clothes. Why should I shop there. Today U waited in line for over 30 minutes

They removed the dressing rooms.. don't allow returns only exchanges. So buying a pair of pants or any clothes that will fit is impossible. Where the dressing rooms used to be a rack of purses :/

Very large store with many different items. Loved how all Halloween items were organized into their own section. Walked around for a while and wasn't approached by any employees. Really wanted this bowling ball with original papers and receipts from 1985. It was 12 lbs. too heavy for this gal. Items were priced as marked. No bargaining for lower prices here.

This is sadly the worst location I've been to. The guys at the loading station are very rude and immature. They act like you're a burden to them. I have felt so unwelcome here. Learn basic customer service skills. I will never come here again. I'll donate to a non profit who actually appreciates it and does not over price items. Also can someone please clean the parking lot? Almost got a screw and a shard of metal in my tire twice. Just avoid if possible.

They don’t have dressing rooms anymore. A bunch of people trying to share a single mirror to see how something looks. Prices have gone way up. You used to see a rack of shirts that say “Shirts - $4” or something. Now they are individually priced with some t-shirts over $10. I know that doesn’t sound like much but I’d rather just go to Ross and get something new. Quality is deteriorating rapidly at Goodwill. Really unfortunate. And that’s not to say anything about the employees. Almost everyone I’ve talked to at this goodwill has been extremely nice and patient. Maybe a little short at the drop off but I’m sure they deal with a ton of crazy stuff.

Since when do you take dressing rooms out of a store that sells clothes. Terrible idea. If you take your items home, leave the tags on and try them on, and do not like them, there are no refunds... just exchange to start the process all over again. Terrible corporate idea. I won't be back... kind of sad..

This location got rid of the dressing rooms and won’t refund or give credit for clothing. They only exchange on the same day. On top of it they only give 3 days from purchase date to come in to exchange. BTW online it says 30 days with receipt but this store told me 3. I spent the money I really needed for work clothes on an exchange for things I didn’t. Thanks a lot for that. Unless I wanted to start an endless cycle of not being able to try things on until I get home and bringing them back within 3 days. I never would have spent the money had I known. I makes no sense to take out the dressing rooms if this is the exchange policy. Seems like a scam to take your money if you ask me. Deserves 1 star but I’ll give 2 because the poor new girl at the counter was very patient and sweet. It’s really sad but it’s just not worth coming in to Goodwill anymore for me. Prices are the same if not more than places like Ross or Walmart and there you get new items that you can try on, exchange, or refund.
