So, I have a Lowe’s and Home Depot credit card. I have not used the Home Depot credit card in a long time for reasons like I am about to explain. I was only there this morning so they didn’t close the credit account. I had to buy something in the next few days. Anyway, I had one guy in the department I was searching for a part say good morning and when I asked for help, notice he didn’t offer, when I asked for help, he said, be right with you, sir, and never came back. I got to the cash register, which is self checkout, which I hate lol I don’t work there. I don’t get a discount but the lazy man and woman. At the guard or whatever the people who make sure you’re not stealing were eyeballing me the whole time like I’m stealing, but didn’t even say good morning or goodbye. Obviously DEI hires and obviously worthless. I worked at Home Depot when I was a kid and the customer service was so much better then! I’m probably going to close my account and just use Lowe’s from now on

I've been living in the Apopka area for over a decade now, and I've visited the store at least a hundred times. As usual, I approached someone for assistance. To my delight, she was incredibly thorough, even requesting pictures to better understand the area I needed help with. She patiently listened to me ramble on about appliances and household items, answering all my questions without a hint of annoyance. It turns out she was one of the managers. A big thank you to Vanessa Vanhook for going above and beyond to help me out and find the items I needed.

Possibly the worst service in any Home Depot I've ever been in. Ignorant clerks and ignorant managers who do not help and who know less than nothing about their products. There are two Ace stores in the vicinity and unless you need something they don't carry, shop at them and avoid the Apopka Home Depot as if it were the COVID virus!!!!

Brought my parents to Apopka location to buy a new toilet and bidet. Ed and Justin were so helpful and friendly. Ed, was the primary employee and he was amazing and knowledgeable. Only issue I saw was not enough cashiers at checkout. Self checkout was open but people seemed to prefer a cashier abs there was only one. She was quick and friendly but definitely could have used some help.
