When you check in, the computer screen tells you to wait anywhere and that I’ll get a text. Well after waiting in my car for almost an hour I went in to check only to have a nasty person tell me that she called my name - BUT she didn’t text me as the check in screen indicated. Nasty person. Bad service. I’m not drawing blood from here.

Made an appointment for a drug screening was told they didn't offer after I went to the appointment. I wasted my whole day due to this highly unprofessional why would you offer the service if you don't provide it.

Terrible staff. The young girl, staff was yelling at me and the patients on 5/15/24. No respect at all. Bad attitude. She has a big problem. They need to replace her. Patients were leaving, due to they could not tolerate her attitude. I believe that this place inside Walgreens will be closing down soon. No one wants to go there anymore. I am switching to Quest Diagnostics. They are not professional. This girl, the staff have been working there only one month and I cannot believe her terrible attitude. If she does not like her job, let her go and find something else. This job is not for her at all.....

Came in for an appointment on 5/13 for routine blood work requested by my ARNP. I made the appointment on 4/16 for 9:45 am at Walgreens. My mom has had bad experiences (customer service) at the other Labcorp locations so we decided to just do it here since we live nearby. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment, as requested in the email confirmation I received the day prior to my appointment. Thinking it was more efficient, I chose to use the mobile check-in option on my phone and wait in my car. It went through and told me wait until I got a text message asking me to come to the waiting room because the tech was ready. I got the message at 9:51 and immediately went inside. More people came in and we waited. After multiple people were taken in, I asked the tech how much longer it would be. At this point, it was after 10:30. She told me that she didn't have my appointment in the system and asked me to check-in on the kiosk. I did and it took me through the same check-in process that I did on my phone. After waiting some more, she came back and said she looked again and did not see my appointment. At this point, she took my lab request paper and asked me to wait until after she did the next lab work for someone else. Maybe 15 mins later I was called back and she did my blood work. She never explained what happened so I don't know if she finally found my appointment in the system or if she just treated it as a walk-in. The actual blood work was quick and easy. I don't have a big issue with needles but sometimes it's hard to find a good vein for them to use. But the tech was really good at her job, but the same can't be said for her customer service. She did seem a little rude to the other people waiting who also had an issue with their appointment. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this location. If possible, I'm going to request that any lab work be done through Quest. I do not trust Labcorp's appointment system.

The Lab Tech, CYNTHIA, at LABCORP Inside the Apopka Walgreens is AWESOME!!! She was especially helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She took my specimen drop off, verified the order and processed it immediately. She was professional & efficient!!!!!

I did not have an appt and went in around 11 am. There were only two people ahead of me and then I was seen. The woman who attended me was friendly, efficient, and I was quickly on my way! GREAT SERVICE!

People should never go to Labcorp inside Walgreens.. the screen says 6:30 Thelady got there at 7: 05 .. Don't even say hello and wait 15 minutes before she starts calling people.. I was there since 6:35 she never called me until 8 and I should be at work by 8 .. they need to have a good team .. she is a mess for the company, I would never go to that place again.. I am very upset about that .. Please don't go there.. 2-15-2024

Third time trying to get my brother in for labs due to incorrect billing of Medicare by labcorp so we had to pay anyway out of his less than$1312 a month SS.Now, stuck here waiting, scrunched together with about 10 other people, no place to sit (I'm cripple), in Walgreens with sick people beside the pharmacy, no distancing, no masks. I'm officially annoyed. Did I mention he has dementia?

Met a very nice plobotimis/nurse.
Sad to say, they were over 14 patients, and she was stumped, especially when people are being impatient. My point she was there alone, and there should be more assistance in the lab.
Thank God she was able to contain herself. And get on with her duties.

My visit went smooth and I received quality care! Showed up 30 min before and checked in(as the system suggested), was seen quick and left on time for my next appointment! The team was working hard/showed they care and these negative reviews do not reflect the quality I received. 🤷♂️ Show up early like any appointments and you are good. Thank you for everything Team Labcorp!

I arrived on a Friday morning (9/9/22) at 7:45 as a walk in. Was back in my car by 8:20. There were appointments and lots of walk ins before me. So their time was very impressive. The staff member in a leg/ knee contraption was nice about keeping us informed. Because the check in screen gives you no estimated waits while also doing her lab job. The 2nd woman there (slim, brown pony tail) who took my blood was so nice and thanked me for my patience. I was willing to wait a bit as a walk in. I'm also a hard stick and she had no problems. A true pro!
