Third time trying to get my brother in for labs due to incorrect billing of Medicare by labcorp so we had to pay anyway out of his less than$1312 a month SS.Now, stuck here waiting, scrunched together with about 10 other people, no place to sit (I'm cripple), in Walgreens with sick people beside the pharmacy, no distancing, no masks. I'm officially annoyed. Did I mention he has dementia?

I arrived on a Friday morning (9/9/22) at 7:45 as a walk in. Was back in my car by 8:20. There were appointments and lots of walk ins before me. So their time was very impressive.The staff member in a leg/ knee contraption was nice about keeping us informed. Because the check in screen gives you no estimated waits while also doing her lab job. The 2nd woman there (slim, brown pony tail) who took my blood was so nice and thanked me for my patience. I was willing to wait a bit as a walk in. I'm also a hard stick and she had no problems. A true pro!

Met a very nice plobotimis/nurse.Sad to say,they were over 14 patients,and she was stumped,especially when people are being impatient. My point she was there alone,and there should be more assistance in the lab.Thank God she was able to contain herself. And get on with her duties.

Closes at 2 and I checked in successfully before 2. I received NO email or text acknowledging anything. After waiting outside over half an hour a Walgreen employee walked by and told me they were closed since 2. At a minimum the checkin should have notified me and the employees should not leave until the computer outside shows closed, which it did only after I had registered and waited awhile. Since the door remains locked even while open, how about a huge closed sign on the door that you are closed for clarity as well? It boils down to communication and compassion for your customers.

My visit went smooth and I received quality care! Showed up 30 min before and checked in(as the system suggested), was seen quick and left on time for my next appointment! The team was working hard/showed they care and these negative reviews do not reflect the quality I received. ????♂️ Show up early like any appointments and you are good. Thank you for everything Team Labcorp!

9mos pregnant and needed fasting bloodwork so I went first thing. Showed up at 10 to 7 as a walk-in and was out by 7:10. Super quick and super nice.

Cedric was AMAZING! My daughter has very small veins and he took his time to look for the best vein, he used a small needle and was successful with only 1 stick! He was so kind and understanding as well. We will always go back to him in the future.

I got checked in at the kiosk at 8:30 the isle was crowded no seat, everyone was complaining about the service but only one man was doing everything. So I finally left at 11:30. Never again

Waited 4 hours for my diabetic 89yr old mom to get fasting blood work only to be told they lost her script when they finally called us back. Waited almost another hour for a new script to faxed over and the lab results never made it to her doctor. The staff was rude and unorganized. Never again!!!!

Long line; no seating; check-in kiosk broken had to sign in manually on sign in sheet. Waited for over a half hour on three separate occasions and line never moved; left each time could not stand any longer. Need to hire more workers.

My toddler had allergy testing done at this location and it was a great experience. We checked in while waiting in the car. Our appointment was for 10:15am, but we checked in at around 9:45am. Waited no more than 3 minutes in the car and we were texted to come in. I was super nervous because you just never know with toddlers; but the nurse was so nice! She involved my daughter throughout the process and she didn't cry at all! I was so thankful for such an easy experience. Definitely recommend this location.
