I come here all the time for small things. However, I came today with a big project and had no clue where to start. From pro service to lumber to tools, everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed.

My experience with the Apopka store, mainly the garden section, have always been very positive. I usually don't buy much from the other sections but whenever I'm there, I'm always asked if I need help. Cashier is very helpful. Elena in the garden section is the nicest cashier I've ever met. The carts are always there in it's place and not scattered all over the lot. Very organized, clean store. My preferred store now. Also, a little niceness goes a long way. It makes a difference where I do business.

Very bad service I’ve never seen before. Order pick up take 20min to wait. They’re just talking and laughing, stand. Don’t care about customer. So terrible

I had one of the most appalling customer service experiences at this Lowe’s. The manager, Eriq, and the employee at the returns counter (who had pink in her hair) were very rude and dismissive. Eriq treated customers and his own employees with complete disrespect—his behavior was disgusting to witness. The employee at the counter smirked and refused to process my return in a professional manner.
The only bright spot was an elderly employee named Shirley, who showed genuine kindness and tried to help, despite Eriq belittling her right in front of customers and coworkers. It was heartbreaking to see someone so caring treated so horribly. He was so degrading and disrespectful. He snapped at her for asking a question, rolled his eyes about me to a co-worker, and told me he didn't have time to listen to me speak about my negative experience because he "just got done dealing with another customer complaint".
To add insult to injury, Eriq had the audacity to ask me to leave a positive review. Well, here it is: I will never set foot in this Lowe’s again. Thankfully, Home Depot is right across the street, and their service was incredible. For Shirley’s sake, I hope she finds a better place to work where she’s valued and respected.
The only upside to this experience was that I'm an HR Manager and it gave me an idea. Eriq's poor leadership skills and lack of treating customers and employees with respect provided me with the perfect topic to discuss at an upcoming manager's meeting - Protecting our Culture. A real-life example of what not to do in order to retain customers and employees. Thanks, Eriq!

Ridiculous experience today...checking out, the older associate was rude and kept wanting to restart the checkout process and was complaining about how she just wanted to leave and go home. The younger woman she passed me off too dumped everything out of my bags and insisted I had more wood than I did. Sat there and counted it with her to prove her wrong. I felt like I was being singled out and accused of something especially with the attitudes I received. I'd rather go to Altamonte a few minutes further. I also waited a loooong time at paint with some people standing around for 10+ minutes not doing much. I'll be moving my personal and business accounts and clients to a different location. Unacceptable.

I gave 2 stars because the items we needed were all in stock. Unfortunately when we went to customer service to ask a question we were sent to speak with Dylan, the manager of the paint department. While I waited in line to speak with him, my husband was able to locate the item. I asked my husband if he was sure before I gave up my spot in line. My husband said yes but Dylan muttered under his breath "for the 3rd time". As we walked away Dylan called out sarcastically, "Glad I could be of help!" I don't get his reaction being that I never got to the front of the line so it's not like I inconvenienced him. For icing on the cake when we needed a tool that was in a locked case, we had to ask customer service for help again. No one ever came. Luckily my husband was able to squeeze the tool out through a gap in the case. I did inform the lady in customer service how we got the item out and she said "oh, sorry. I tried calling them." I don't expect outstanding customer service these days but this was so unpleasant and it didn't have to be.

Only reason I give one star is so I could leave a review. Do NOT shop at Lowe's!!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere. And do NOT buy the protection plan! It's not worth the paper it's written on. I shopped at Lowe's for years and spent a lot of money there but never again! They are terrible. Save yourself the trouble.
