I purchased a vehicle from David at Lux Auto Group in Apopka, FL, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite paying for the car cash, I have not received the title after two months and multiple attempts to contact their title department and the owner's wife. The company's claim of providing the "ultimate experience" is false advertising; it has been a nightmare. David's conduct has been unprofessional, and I cannot register the car in Georgia. I demand immediate proof that the title was processed in Florida. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

OMG this company is a complete scam. I consign a car for them to sell and they took my car for PERSONAL USE for 2&1/2 months. I Received 7 pages of toll fines. They are putting my lively hood at risk because they did not even remove the Tag and use their dealer tag. This company should re reprimanded. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Bought my vehicle online. Vehicle was filthy when it arrived. There was literally food wrappers in the door. Cracked tail light, several small dents and scratches along with a warning light on. Sitting at over 50 days and still haven't received the title. Have left over 10 VM's and sent several emails. Filed a complaint with the FL DMV as I can't tag the vehicle without a title. Filed a complaint with the BBB, as well as the FL AG. These people are crooks and liars.
Adding to my review.... Now sitting at 61 days with no title. No one will return a call or email. Forcing me to hire an attorney.

I found a beautiful Mercedes S550 online on April 30, 2024 at Lux Auto Group. Contacted my bank and they sealed the deal. By closing time the same day, I test drove and took delivery of the car. Lux Auto Affixed a temp tag that expired in May. I called the salesperson, Dave, and inquired about the title application, since my state's county tag office had not received it. Dave transferred me to the Title Dept's Extension. I left a voice mail for "Melanie" and she did not return my call. I paid for another temp tag at my local DMV. I do not live in FL. My state's county office only issued a temp tag for approx 21 days. As it approached expiration, I reached out to my bank and they told me to give it 60 days and redirected me back to Lux Auto to request another temp tag. The bank representative advised that I never should have had to pay for one. I reached out to Dave at Lux Auto again to let him know my 2nd temp tag was about to expire and he simply said he was out of the office until the next week. He again transferred me to the "Title depts extension". No return call. I reached out to Dave again, because no one picks up at any other extension at Lux Auto, and he suggested I email Melanie, as she is not onsite at their location. I emailed her on June 20, 2024 and June 27, 2024 to request a status update on the title application. The email was neither replied to nor returned as undeliverable. I called Lux Auto again and a different salesman spoke with me and acted as if he was doing me a favor by offering to email me a temp tag and advised that this would be the last one the dealership could provide, as their limit is two. That temp tag is due to expire in 3 days on June 20th. In the meantime, I've received a letter from my bank requesting that I hand over to them the title in order to perfect the lien. I literally informed them in May that my local tag office has not as much received the title application or title nor I a reply or return phone call from Lux Auto regarding this matter. On today, 07/17/24, I went back to my local tag office to inquire what can I do to legally be able to drive the car that I'm making payments on once this final temp tag expires on 07/20/24. She was moved to the point of calling Lux Auto Group, spoke to Dave and laid down the law. Again, he attempted to transfer her to an unmanaged voicemail and she was not having it. I followed up with a phone call to him and he literally lied and said he would contact Melanie himself and have her reach to me. Crickets! And also during today's call to him, I asked to speak to the General Manager and of course, he was not there. I sincerely and whole heartedly believe this dealership sold me this car, took my bank's certified check and knowingly does not have the title to this vehicle. Its sad that Dave was apt to make the sale, receive the check and now his hands are tied and the dealership is ghosting the entire situation. I am definitely filing a complaint with the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle Division of Motorist Services so that they can launch an investigation into this matter. From April 30, 2024 to July 17, 2024 is too long for me to have to wait to register my vehicle so I can get a tag to drive the car I purchased. Lux Auto Group, how can you sell something you cannot produce a title to? You cannot sell what you do not own! Sick to put it lightly! BUYER BEWARE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, FRAUDULANT! They lost BBB certificate. Do not trust Angel or David, they lie. I had to have my car that I bought towed off the lot because it will not start! I saw a vehicle I liked at this business in Feb of this year. They told me I had to put $1000 down for them to start work on the vehicle. It was not even in driving condition so I could not test drive it. I gave them $1000 down to fix the car and they said it would be done in one to two weeks. After waiting patiently, I was finally told that I could pick up the car on May 15th, nearly 3 months after I paid. I was told before I bought the car I could have it inspected. They said it would cost $250 more to take it somewhere to be inspected but I could do lemonsquad. I paid the money and contacted lemonsquad. However, the dealership kept rescheduling with them and would not let them come out to inspect the car. I did test drive the car shortly on the 15th and paid for the vehicle. There were several things still not fixed with the car but they said they were still waiting on parts and I can bring it back next week to be fixed. The car died and stopped working 3 days later and it had to be towed back. They said it was a simple alternator fix and would be done in a week. It was June 14th and I was told my car is finally done a month later but I am not allowed to have it inspected. They said it had to be inspected before the purchase now, something they never told me initially. They most likely held my car at the shop and did nothing to it at all and now I cannot even have it verified. They have my money already and just told me to come pick it up again. Picked up my car on June 14th. The check engine light was on. I was told everything was fixed and had new alternator. I drove it to tennis tournament, and it once again said battery was not charging. I was stopped by an auto zone and car would not start again. They came out to assist and try to jump it. They could not restart because the whole engine is bad. I had to wait for 3 hours for another tow truck to tow the car back to the shop. They knew the engine was bad all along and did nothing to repair the vehicle. They would never let me inspect it. Signed contract that they sold the car without any major issues which there is. I had no way back home. They need to refund money for the vehicle. They have taken all of the money of a 16 year old for a non-working vehicle. They have done this to multiple people in the past. This car dealership is fraudulent.

Cars bought at auction in bad shape and patched up, and then sold to client and told they're very well inspected. At about $17,000 in repairs so far on a car I was told was in good condition and "inspected thoroughly."
Don't buy cars here - you will 100% buy a junker they patched up. The owner brags about how he buys some of these cars for 30k and how he's going to patch them up and sell for 100k (overheard)
Don't bring your car here for service it'll come back worse than it came in.
This place seriously needs to be shut down. Someone is going to get hurt. These cars are not safe to drive!

This dealership is completely dishonest and untrustworthy! The car I bought from them is still having issues, even though they claim to have fixed everything. I provided proof that the same problems persist, but they told me there's nothing they can do. Their business practices are shady and unreliable. To make matters worse, a bumper cover they promised to ship to me never arrived, and they refuse to take responsibility for it. This is a deeply flawed way of conducting business. Despite reaching out multiple times to resolve these issues, they essentially told me "oh well."

?? I had the opportunity to check out an X5 M there today. Pictures looked nice, way above average. The carfax was respectable. I got there and a younger man greeted me, told me to sit, and waited as he hung up the phone. He lead me back to the inside garage, where the car was parked.
Keeping in mind I’m nobody special, other than someone whom enjoys to collect nice cars…cars that have been taken care of. (Not cars like the ones on this lot)
I walked past many “luxury brand” cars…however every. single. one. looked like a bone. Dents, dings, just gross “nice luxury cars”. Windshield cracks. Bald tires. It’s BAD.
I got back to the X5 M and spent perhaps 7 seconds next to it and realized it had been in at least one serious accident, and the clear coat was failing all over the car. The entire way back, the little lot boy, assured me how great the cars was and kept repeating “it’s 100% ready to go”….. blah blah blah.
I think the dudes that work here should go into photography, as they are able to make “POS” cars look REALLY nice. Like really really nice! Job well done, making these beat up cars look nice!!!
I immediately left.
LUX auto is a bone yard.
Veterans stay far away!! ??

Terrible experience. At the beginning I noticed about the check engine light ON in the car and they told me: Do not worry it’s a sensor and we will fix it real quick. But they gave me the car and immediately the check engine light came back. After that I had to come back 3 more times and they tried to replace sensors by sensors and the check engine light never went off. Obviously, the real problem was actually the engine. After replaced 4 or 5 sensors they told me what I already knew: the engine is bad and we need to order some parts to fix it, so they asked me to wait 2 weeks more. Even when the car was not safe to drive. I had to sell that car and I lost my money. I asked them to make a trade in several times and they refused to do it. Do not buy any vehicle from this dealer!!!

Pictures were not truthful and very misleading. I ordered a PPI and the inspector didn't even complete the inspection due to all the exterior damage done to the car. The pictures displayed by Lux did not show any damage at all. BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY.

Horrible. Deceiving . My husband surprised me with a 2016 Range Rover and within 30 minutes it overheated and wouldn’t drive. They took it back to repair and after 2 months I got the car back. After 2 months of driving it’s needing over $8000.00 worth of pre-existing issues and extended warranty they sold me won’t cover. Not to mention another $6000.00 in brakes, maintenance, etc. Angel the owner refuses to return my calls. We were told the owner drove the vehicle for many months prior to our purchasing. So, instead of repairing to condition his checklist indicates and which was why the vehicle was purchased , he sold it with known issues.
This dealership is cagey, deceitful and sadly doesn’t have the guts to resolve amicably but through the legal system. Sad.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lux Auto Group. When I purchased my vehicle, Tyler was straightforward from the start and I appreciated his honesty. Tyler is helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I would never buy
a vehicle from anyone else, thank you Tyler!
In addition, the service department far exceeded my expectations. I worked with Adrium who took his time to explain everything. He even showing me pictures of areas under the hood and the parts he used. Wow! I love that everyone is so accommodating here, asking if I needed water or the tv adjusted while I wait. Thank you Lux Auto! I will never go anywhere else!
