I leased here for two years. Never had any issues and space was convenient and secure. I needed to move out early which was accommodated which is appreciated. I would recommend To anyone needing a moderate size space for their needs.

I typically do not leave many reviews. However, I wanted to share my experience with this landlord. I met with Steven to tour the space I was interested in. The warehouse was clean, well-lit, and contained everything I would need for my business. Steven was friendly and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I can tell that he is a no-nonsense, above-board landlord, given the questions he asked of me. I wish the other landlords I met with showed as much concern for their building and tenants as Steven had.

Looking for a space for my business, Mackin did not have what I needed but Steven was very professional to deal with and the site is clean and well maintained.

Good place to rent from. Would highly recommend for any business. Very secure location, landlord is very professional and timely on repairs. Lots of parking for customers and high bay doors. Would rent from here again but I needed a larger property for my growing business.

I've been a tenant at Mackin in Apopka for a few years now... great spot, well maintained and the owner is a solid dude who's fair and understanding. Excellent prices per square foot, too.
