"I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mrs. Annie J, and I must say she provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. She made me feel so welcome and her positive attitude was truly refreshing. She went above and beyond to help me choose between a white and black shirt, and I really appreciated her kindness. On the other hand, my experience with Fred was not as pleasant. He was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable. However, Mrs. Annie J's exceptional service made my visit worthwhile. Perhaps Fred could benefit from learning a few customer service skills from Mrs. Annie J."

I'm so happy they have a Marshall's store at Wekiva crossing , and Love the prices on shoes... bought 2 pair for $40 ...Dockers !!! ? Rode my scooter there

My family and I shop this location frequently , normally it is a very pleasant experience with tons to shop from and friendly staff, until today. Please make sure to mention you have your receipt 1000 time when calling to verify the store can remove a security tag an employee forgot to remove. I called in today just to verify I wouldn’t have an issue returning to the store with my receipt to have a security tag removed and when Derrick , Doug , Dewayne ( can’t remember is exact name ) answered and I explained myself, he drills me what felt like 1000 times repeating himself to make sure I had my receipt after I clearly made it known I had my receipt as to he was insinuating my item may have been stolen. I understand people steal and it is company policy to have your receipt as I clearly told him in the beginning , you sir do not need to be answering the phone; maybe loss prevention is for you. Very rude ! Grinch

we went Christmas shopping yesterday and. we went to one store and it was totally unstoppable racks were a mess so we left and went to Marshals in Apopka for it being Dec 22nd the store was clean and organized. Racks were sized and easy to shop. And the staff were so so friendly. Thank you for making our shopping so awesome. The Manager Bri and Charmaine were so helpful and nice. Thank you and merry Christmas
