I made the sales guy the easiest money he's ever made. I picked the car out and I drove there from three hours away and in three hours I had made the purchase. The only thing I asked for was for plastic floor mats. I purchased a $91,000 expedition max, which has three rows. So a month later, I didn't get any floor mats and I reached out to the salesman and he gave me some excuse. They eventually sent me floor mats for the front two rows. The back row has no floor mats in the trunk had no floor mat making what they sent me useless and I think it was the sign for a truck or something that wasn't designed for my vehicle. I ended up having to take all that rubber and throwing it into the trashcan and buying my own floor mats on Amazon for $250. For $250 they could've made me a happy person and upheld their end of the bargain. Instead, they try to send me some cheap crappy floor mats that didn't fit my vehicle. Really disappointed and I think once they make the sale they don't care about you. That's nearly $100,000 vehicle and I'm buying two more F150 this month and they screwed that deal up. Eventually people will smarten up.

Just bought my second vehicle from Nelson @ Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I truly cannot say enough about his salesmanship!! He is such a nice-genuine guy!! I realize car dealerships and car salesmen have a bad reputation HOWEVER I can confidently say after spending time with Nelson on multiple occasions and not feeling any pressure and/or seeing the interaction first hand with Nelson... he genuinely cares about his customers!! He came in on his day off -- worked around our needs and requests multiple times and was so flexible. If you're in the market for a car -- stop by and see Nelson Santana @ Mullinax Ford in Apopka. He will take good care of you!! And NO HE DIDN'T ASK ME TO WRITE THIS!!

Heyyyyyy you guyyyyyysss! I'm big on reviews as it's important to share our experiences with others and I thrive on giving praise and credit where it is due. We walked into the dealer on a Saturday and our sales person Walter was very courteous, we test drove the vehicle that we came to see. When it was time to discuss the price, we were told the price is non negotiable, Walter still went into the sales manager to discuss our offer. Warren who came out with bottles of water and a very condescending demeanor and tone of voice as soon as he opened his mouth. Asking us what vehicle we were interested in, not sure how he wouldn't have known that prior to coming out as the water boy-his salesman was in there with him, clearly he knew what vehicle we had an interest in and if he didn't shame on him for not taking the time to ask. Additionally, he did not acknowledge me and spoke directly to my husband only. Warren's demeanor was rude, chauvinistic and insulting. There are many different manners in which to approach customers and this could have been handled much differently in a professional manner. Warren needs training on treating people with common courtesy and respect. We will never do business with Mullinax Ford because of Warren.

Shop at your own risk!! They may have no dealer fees but they find a way to still make their money off you. I went in to buy a 2023 F150 and had the one I wanted picked out until they appraised my trade. I had a 2018 F150 with 48k miles on it. They offered me $14,000 for it and told me I had a busted transmission and bad ball bearing on all my tires. So I went to 3 dealerships the next day and each and every one said my car was perfectly fine.I got offered 25,000 / 27000, and 28500 they next day!!I call back to speak with Larry who can't answer why my trade was so low and as well as it didn't matter what other people appraised my truck for. Instead he said "I'm just the sales guy not the mechanic I can't speak to the appraisal". Then insisted on telling me to sell my car somewhere else and buy a truck with them.Unethical business tactics and no care for their customers. Will never be shopping at mullinax again.

Avoid!!! Avoid!!!! Avoid!!!! BAIT & SWITCH caught red-handed, see photos. They email me a quote for $3950 discount for 2023 Mustang March-E,,,,BUT when I am ready to buy, the actual invoice shows only $950 discount. What the?!?!? Then, of course, they find all excuses in the world to just their trickery sales practice. If you must buy from here, read and check EVERYTHING 3x.Just Save your TIME & $$$ - take your biz somewhere else. Period!

I visited Mullinax this morning with my husband to drop our vehicle off for a continuing issue. A man named Patrick was addressing my husband, telling him we were late to drop off our vehicle (which was staying for diagnosis and required a loaner), so because we were late, we couldn't be helped today and we'd have to make another appointment. We waited over a month for this appointment, and Patrick implied to my husband that if we had been on time, we could have dropped our car off. Patrick implied that the tech assigned to our vehicle was waiting around for us, and our "appointment window had come and gone". I politely approached the conversation, and asked Patrick, politely, what difference it would've made it we were 45 min earlier for arrival, because the car was being dropped off anyway. Patrick immediately got rude and disrespectful with his tone, despite me being calm and asking why he was implying the customer was fully in the wrong here. Patrick implied that had we been on time, we could have dropped the car off, so it wasn't making sense. I continued to remain polite, but Patrick chose to become aggressive and because I was questioning his choice to pass blame fully into the customer, he told me verbatim, "it's time for you both to leave" then said to another employee "call 911 they need to leave". This is absurd. Patrick was aggressive and I challenged that he was aggressive with me instead of my husband because he seemingly had an issue with a woman voicing a complaint. My husband had been very firm with Patrick, and Patrick didn't react. But, when I posed a very valid question about the lack of customer service, Patrick interrupted me and became aggressive immediately, so I felt it was due to my gender. I said this calmly and Patrick exploded and yelled "get out, and call 911!" He said this 3 times VERY loud. We understood we were late, but it was a drop off appointment, not an oil change. Patrick didn't attempt to rectify anything, or exercise customer service skills. Patrick deliberately humiliated me and my husband by yelling "CALL 911!" The behavior Patrick displayed is unacceptable; he should have been questioned on his attempts to pass the buck fully to the customer. Patrick is above being questioned, especially if you're a woman. Mullinax wasted our time and Patrick made me very afraid when he began yelling at me in a crowded lobby. He had not raised his voice to my husband at all, but to a woman, he yelled. These are truly terrifying displays of character and behavior to experience at a Ford dealership. If you want to be verbally accosted by a service employee, and have no customer service offered by the service employee, take your car to Mullinax. I'm speechless at the experience to be honest, and a little traumatized by Patrick's behavior.

It's so nice to do business with a car dealer that does't have dealer fee's and the dealer add on's that most people don't want also with there no haggle price on the window that way you can tell if it's in your price range without haggling with a salesmen bravo to them one of the best dealers by far

This used to be a good dealership but now with supplies and inflation they are taking advantage of the customer. Customer service is gone, they demand over sticker on vehicles and schedule visits to the service department weeks out. I have purchased two cars there and tried to get a third recently. They wouldn't come down to MSRP, low balled my trade and acted like they were doing me a favor. Went to Gary Yeomans two days later and drove out with my Bronco at sticker with a better trade value. They even gave us a $2bill and took our picture. What a difference.

We were at Mullinax Ford in Apopka today to check on a used Explorer on their lot. The salesman Chance Sanford was an excellent representative for Mullinax! He was helpful and friendly, had a good sense of humor, assisted my husband (who uses a walker,) and answered every question. Thank you, Chance!

Our experience started off a bit rocky with the internet department, but we decided to just go in and see what we could make happen. If you go to this dealership, ask for DALE BROWN. Hands down one of the best salesmen in the dealership. He was not pushy, very knowledgeable + communication was spot on. He took care of everything smoothly and we are extremely satisfied. Although I have to add, in person, everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly. Julio offered to get us waters + help find Dale when we walked in. The General Manager came over and chatted with us and was a very nice gentleman.Dale will have our business for as long as we live in Central Florida!
