Matthew Blum the head fleet manager called me over an error of another dealership. He defended his coworker and offered no solution for his negligence. He did say sorry. But his words don’t fix the problem. If you’re a fleet manager like myself. Beware of this chain. They will try to upsell you and not disclose that commercial fleets over 15 qualifies for free extended warranties thru ford.
Horrible experience
Edit: In response to an outright lie by the dealers response. We were never offered the FIN program until after they tried to upsell a retail warranty and failed. They mentioned it as incentive to sell future vans after they figured out we wouldn’t purchase an upsell. That should have been included on day one.
Honesty is not present with this dealer.

Nelson, at Mullinax Ford Apopka helped me get a brand new Ford Explorer Platinium 2025 and I’m so grateful! The process was quick and smooth. He took me on a test drive and showed me all the features in the car, explaining patiently the process to get it. He made all the paperwork part fast and easy. Devon King did amazing. If you are buying a Ford go to Mullinax and ask for him. Devon was patient knowledge and helped me picked the right vehicle for me per my situation. Buying my first EV was simple and Devon made it a great experience.

2020 Lincoln navigator was purchased at this dealership. I took my car back because I was having an AC problem.
My service advisor name is Micah Miller’s. He is an outstanding person. Michal took care of me. The AC repair went well on my car however, there were damages in the interior of my car once everything was complete completed.

Hello, my name is Celeste. This is part two of my review that I did a month ago.
I am updating my review because after I reached out to the dealership, I spoke to Mike. Miller’s then I got in contact with Kelly William the manager. I expressed my concerns after my services. Both Mr. Miller’s and Mr. Williams the manager very responsive and fast acting to take care of my issues and concerns.
The proper repairs were done to my 2020 Lincoln navigator, Kelly William went out and beyond to make sure that I was very satisfied with my vehicle.
Kelly the manager, he help me through the entire process he was very communicative also very respectful and listen to all my concerns.
That’s why I am giving them FIVE STARS.

Had an issue with the length of time it took to have my oil changed but was contacted by the Quick Lane manger (Dervin Carty) about my concerns about why it took so long.
After speaking with Mr. Carty he made me understand the delay I had.
I think that says a lot about a dealership that cares about your business and took the time to reach out and speak with me about the service issue I had.
That's why I chose to have Mullinax Ford to do business with.
I purchased my F-150 from Mullinax Ford and will continue to have it serviced there.

Stephanie, a Millinax Ford mobile service Technician, did a great job replacing my recalled A pillars and she noted in her inspection that my front brake rotors are the wrong size (diameter too small). She and her Advisors at Mullinax were very professional, friendly, and proficient.
