I don't understand how anyone can give reviews when I can't even get a response from them. I called and was asked if they could call me back but they never did. I sent a message on Facebook but never got a reply. I am now searching elsewhere for my dog training needs since it would scare me to death if they had my dog and never responded to me!

Couldn't have found a better trainer! My crazy, super-hyper puppy was a total lady after 5 minutes with him! I has to see that with my own eyes! And, the first class was free:)

The owner Gary and dog trainer Laney were so great with our dogs and my son and me. We all had fun while learning and training and the pups were happily tired for the rest of the day!

Having done one-on-one, and group training, I would highly recommend Gary, and Natural Instincts did a super job. The obstacle course builds confidence for your pup, and you can get a little exercise too, running with your canine companion. We want to go back for the next level of training; there's beginner, intermediate, and expert levels of training for the group classes. Gary will also take the time to answer individual questions, and deal with specific problems during this time as well.

A lot of fun. I have a Schnauzer that is 5 months old and he loves it. It is in Apopka and the training is an obstacle course outside. He comes back completely tired and happy. It has been a great bonding experience. The staff is very nice and you get to meet fellow dog lovers. They are social distancing all the dogs.

Group classes are lots of fun- I walk away feeling petty proud and deepen the bond with our young English bulldog pup. Also, for private lessons, Gary's private lessons provides a great perspective on building a relationship with your dog and helps hone in on tactics to address issues. We had spent months watching Youtube videos with wins in some places, while feeling overwhelmed in others. If your struggling, or dealing with doggie frustration I highly recommend a session or two.
