Great guys work here. They have quickly become my favorite auto parts store. Auto Zone and Advanced are going down the tube this company seems to get better and better as time passes. The place to go for sure!

Went to Auto Zone and Advanced Auto looking for brake pads and rotors. Neither store could assist me in finding the right equipment on top of that. Advanced Auto tried to sell me some B.S. about which pads were standard even though I gave them my VIN. Stay away from Advanced Auto Parts in Mount Dora. Go to O'Reilly in Apopka

Interrupting the hurricane doomposting for a feel-good story!
You ever have one of those cosmically awful days where everything seems to go wrong? That was me today. To top it off, my car wouldn't start when I was trying to leave work. I was literally close to tears. Last time the battery died, it took hours to find it in stock somewhere. My dad gave me a jump and I managed to get my car to O'Reilly's on Rock Springs Rd. When I called, Sal was super friendly & promised to help me install the battery & find the right one. I arrived & not only did he take excellent & speedy care of me, but his nephew is my former student! I had wondered for years what happened to that kiddo (I taught him when Covid hit, so I never got to say goodbye to him after spring break 2020). Sal was so patient, knowledgeable, & reassuring, & even helped me with the warranty since the battery wasn't even 2 years old. He had to troubleshoot since my car is apparently insane & doesn't take the battery it should, but he made it work! He is a genuine mentor to his nephew & I was impressed by how he still greeted his customers despite being busy with my car. I am just so thankful for his professionalism & thankful to see my student so happy & flourishing. <3

Sal was a great help today. After purchasing a new battery and him installing it my car had a crazy reset code. Sal stayed with it and figured how to get my car audio to work after the new battery was installed. Thanks so much

I bought 3 items for my van and kept 1. Same day, I returned in the afternoon and was told since the manager was not there that I couldn’t get my refund because the manager had to be there to input a code into the system. I had wasted about 20 minutes waiting in line to just be told that they wouldn’t be able to give me a refund due to the manager not being there to input a code. Well due to this inconvenience, I won’t be buying anything at all from this store. I’ll take my business else where. It’s absurd that I’m not able to get a refund because the manager is not there. Very frustrated right now. 😡

Very nice environment great ppl excellent service I did forget the gentleman that help me out finding some hoses and but he sure help me and got me what I want it just how I want it definitely will recommend this place to anyone that actually need help with auto parts and need assistance accurate information from these guys 10stars

Purchased wipers from another location. Came here to verify I had incorrect wipers. Very friendly and helped to get the correct ones and install them. Will definitely come here for any automotive needs.
