We decided to go to O'Reilly's because they offered free windshield wiper installation. We bought the wipers and sat out in the car about 10 to 15 minutes. When we bought the wipers the store was busy however within a few minutes there was hardly anybody in there. No one came out to install our wiper blades. We left and are pretty pissed.

Late last night June 26 around 8:49 pm, I drove to that location to purchase coolant for my car thinking it needed coolant, once I open the hood of the car I quickly realized that no coolant was needed. I immediately got back in my car to drive off, the car would not start, knowing the history of the car I knew exactly it needed a jump. (A brand new battery that I purchased at that same location) I walked in the store and ask one of the staff me where if they could recharge the battery for me (time 8:51 pm) he told me he does not have a battery charger. Just not to assist me, he closed the store at 8:51 pm placed a trash can in front of the door and went to the back of store. I asked again outside the door, I am in need of a jump from a battery that I purchased from you, he responded that he cannot help me. This was the worst experience I have ever received at Oreilly. I have been a customer for years and never I have ever experience such unprofessionalism and so little care to help other. Those two employees that were working on the night of June 26 have no intentions on helping anyone, they are simply there for a paycheck and they do not represent Oreilly’s value. Please hire people that actually want to help people.

Closes before store hours then workers walk to the back of store as you're walking to locked door.

Won't answer there phone for 3 days. I walk into the store. Call them and they answer. Smh

If the store is closed, then they should turn off the bright, lying "open" sign, since it's far more noticeable than the slightly dimmed store lights.

I ordered a head gasket for my miata through this store about a week ago. originally, i was told it would be here the next business day as it was coming from a different location (not a problem) but when it arrived it was the wrong part number. On my receipt, I payed for the correct part. They then had to order one from Missouri and told me it would be here monday morning. Well, it’s monday morning and Ive called 3 times since they’ve opened and I can’t even get someone to answer the phone. This seems like it’s happening more often with this store as they are one of the main parts suppliers for the shop I work at and its pretty much expected at this point. Most of the people who work here are genuinely good people, but the system definitely needs to get streamlined.Edit: I finally reached someone, my gasket is nowhere to be found and im still waiting to put my car back together :/
