They are disgusting, that's why they are always empty, they don't have the slightest effort to find you a part, I feel very sorry for the owner who must be paying salaries for staff who doesn't want to sell and who doesn't know anything about parts.

This is the worst Freightliner dealership ever.
I drop my truck for service. They billed me $1000 but never fixed my truck, More precisely, they couldn't fix my truck . It took 1 week. absolute incompetence.
Don't come here, don't waste your time and money.

To all my Tiffin and diesel engine friends if you are in the Orlando area and have a Freightliner issue this is where to go! Got ready to pull out of Disney campground and my Tiffin bus Def alarm was going off. Went to this location and was met immediately at the gate by the service writer. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the whole crew from the time I arrived and in Three hours I was out of there with a new def pick up unit replaced in the tank. J.J. my tech went over board to get it out and back in as fast as he could to get me back on the road! Thanks again to the whole crew!

Extremely disappointed with this place. We brought our rv to get preventative maintenance and to get the air bags checked, to make sure everything was good to make our trip back to Ny. We went over everything with the Sarah and watched her put it into her tablet, and she told us she would throw the air bag check In For free. After 2 days we went to pick it
up and was told by Larry that they didn’t do the preventative maintenance, because he said he was told we didn’t want it done (that was the main reason we brought it), and they only checked the airbags, which was not “thrown in for free” like Sarah told us. We were already behind schedule to get back to Ny and now we have to pray we make it home safely, all because their lack of communication. We will never be using them again and would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have an rv

I drive a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia and while a new vehicle should not have any mechanical issues, none are built perfect. Thankfully there are perfect service centers available. I called Orlando Freightliner and spoke with Sara in the Service dept. I explained my issues and she immediately put my mind at ease and told me to get my truck to her ASAP and she took care of me as if I was family. As it turns out my AC compressor was faulty. The Service center got my truck in the shop fast and had it repaired the same day and all covered under warranty. I could not more happy. I highly recommend this facility and Sara in particular to any drivers or trucking companies who need Freightliner service in the Orlando area.
