My RV experienced a total loss of all gauges (alarms going off due to air pressure) while driving to Disney, not a great thing to happen while driving 65mph in a rain storm. On my stop in VA I had a local shop in take a look, $400 later they had no clue. I called Orlando Frieghtliner, late on Friday, when I got to Fl, was told to bring in first thing Monday. When I got to Orlando Frieghtliner, Sara did a quick view and told me this is a very busy time for RV’s (snowbirds - lol). After Sara talked to office, they would take it (A big thank you to Sara). I had two weeks to work with on repairs so no problem with waiting. They finally looked at it on the following Wednesday. They diagnosed the issue right away and came up with a work around on long lead parts (really great RV mech), my rig also had a major exhaust recall which was done. Bret from service was great he followed up and made sure I was back on the road by end of the week. I can’t say enough good things about the service, driving home in a 35’ RV with everything working is priceless.Tim McGarry

Recently brought my truck in for some work. The Service Staff were amazing my visit was very comfortable. I never worried about my truck because i got hourly updates. If your evernin the Orlando area and need work done I highly recommend the folks at Orlando Freightliner.

Avoid this location. One of their salesmen (E. Morris), works with a outside mobile mechanic (C. Adirim) to scam truckers out of their money. I was charged over $32,000 for an elite overhaul kit, the mechanic left my truck torn apart and freightliners salesman took my core charge refund and put some of it on the mechanics credit card and gave him most of it in cash instead of returning my money back to my credit card I purchased it with. The parts manager and freightliner covered for the salesman. Beware!

Overcharged for parts and labor that was not done. Allowed my coach batteries (on my 40' diesel pusher RV) to drain completely flat. Probably ruined 4 expensive AGM Batteries, plus apparently shorted out some electrical connection and left a body panel off. Unbelievable! $4,000.00 bill and to be treated this way. DON'T TAKE AN RV HERE, THEY ADMIT THAT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK ON THEM. They screwed up my ignition wiring so bad on my Caterpillar Diesel engine that a year later it still doesn't work properly. They over filled my Caterpillar and underfilled my Allison during a complete oil change. Won't admit to anything. I'm looking for a new coach but won't buy a FREIGHTLINER because of such poor service and knowledge of motorhomes. 2 YEARS AFTER THIS DEALER SCREWED UP MY $250K MOTORHOME, I AM STILL HAVING TO HIRE MECHANICS TO FIX THEIR PRIOR REPAIRS THAT DID MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD. THESE PEOPLE ADMIT THAT THEY DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT MOTORHOMES OR THE WAY THAT A CATERPILLAR/ALLISON CHASIS INTERACTS WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ON A MOTOR HOME!! NEVER AGAIN!

Orlando Freightliner is the best. We started out our trip home from Orlando to Michigan in our RV and two engine lights and Low Def warning came on. We were there when they opened and they had our exhaust repairs done and out the door before closing the same day. Special thanks to Sara for getting us in the same day and Ferez for great mechanical work along with other recommendations for stuff that needed addressing on a non-urgent basis. Thank you all and Happy New Year! The Hearns- Watervliet, Michigan.

Very Poor Customer service and low class. Inexperienced, unprofessional, young service crew performing the service write ups that resulted in an additional charge that I did not request. When I spoke to another senior service advisor he behaved as though I was bothering him. After having the truck for over week without updates (unless I called and requested an update). I got the truck back super dirty inside and out. I always maintain my interior clean and clearly they don’t even lay paper down to enter in and out of the truck. This establishment is part of the reason why people think of us truckers as low lives. My truck has less than 100k miles and they returned it to me as though I gave them some piece of junk. This is a very unprofessional, unclassy shop that clearly takes no pride in their work.
