The team Patrick Malcolm has is awesome; Mr.Roy Melendez helped me with getting my policy set up. He was very professional & he was friendly & personable. It didn’t seem like I was talking to someone that just clocks in to pick up a check, he actually cares about helping you and making sure you’re taken care of. I was with State Farm and was paying almost $500 for 2 vehicles with my wife and I as drivers. Roy reached out to me over a month from me writing this, because I had Allstate a long time ago. Talking with Roy, he assured me I would be paying much less than what I was with State Farm. After a month or so I pulled the trigger on switching and I wish I would have done it sooner. I’m paying almost $200 less for the exact same coverage. I highly recommend Patrick Malcolm’s Allstate office & if you do call, ask for Roy; he will do everything in his power to make sure you’re happy with your new policy. You’re the man Roy!

I have been with AllState for 28 years and I've been very satisfied with the company, this is in California. I recently moved to Florida and I kept allstate as my insurance, the only difference was that I needed to find a new agent and he is TERRIBLE!!! He never responds to my emails and or calls. I decided to find another insurance carrier which I did and sadly had to say good bye to allstate.If my agent would have given me the courtesy and took my emails and calls I would have stayed for many more years. He really made me doubt that this company on this side of the U.S. could meet my needs.SORRY ALLSTATE YOU'RE GREAT IN CALIFORNIA!

I recurve a quote for home owners insurance. I followed up several times to write the policy. I received one return email apologizing for being busy. I expressed moving forward. I never heard back. Needless to say, after 3 months, I took my business elsewhere, and once my other policy ends... I won't renew with them. I'm big on personalized service. I'm not an internet/cookie cutter purchaser.

I have been with Allstate over 30 years and I could not be happier. Moving to Florida was stressfull enough but Patrick Malcolm made my transition from Thomas Conroy Allstate in New York to his Florida office seamless. No headaches and no hassels. He provided me with the homeowners and auto insurance that best suited my needs. His staff is kind and courteous and always willing to help with a friendly and caring attitude. I know there are less expensive policies with other companies and my premiums would be lower but cheaper is not always better. I rather cut costs somewhere else and not at theexpence of the coverage I get god forbid something tragic happens, I know I am in good hands with Patrick Malcolm Allstate. They have my best interest at heart.
