Jen and Butch are fantastic! They are punctual, did a great job on my cabinets and always clean up each day. That is especially appreciated in a disruption of cabinet stuff put everywhere while renovating! I am counting on the plumber and backsplash tile man to be as good.

I had done business with Personal Touch Contracting in 2017 for shower and fireplace remodel and rated their work as 5 stars. My neighbor recently had their kitchen remodeled by PTC and it was well done. I had a smaller job this time which was to remove and replace wood and damaged drywall from the exterior ceiling of my lanai and front porch from a roof leak. The work took longer than expected because I had to stop work temporarily due to another roof leak and because PTC only had 1 worker during most of the actual work. The worker did a good job with the demo and installation of the greenboard. He did an acceptable job with the installation of the shiplap, although I believe it would have come out better if he had the extra worker and equipment to work on the high ceiling. I would still recommend PTC as I consider this recent job more of an outlier given the results of my past and neighbor's recent projects.

Jeff was great from the very start. He gave me an honest estimate based on my renovations needed, and didn’t try to oversell/overcharge. I wanted good quality but not too expensive because I was going to be renting the home, and he was able to give me good options.As with any renovation project there were hiccups along the way, but Jeff worked with me to find a solution within my budget. His crew did great work, they were on time, and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone in the Orlando, Florida area.Services: Tile work installation

This is the second project we used Jeff and team for and we are very happy with the outcome of both projects. This recent one was a whole kitchen renovation from the floor up. Everything turned out awesome. Future projects at our house will be done by Jeff and team for sure! We would definitely recommend Personal Touch Contracting.

Jeff Naylor and his team at Personal Touch Contracting did an outstanding job on our extensive kitchen renovation project that involved removing soffit, changing the layout, and extensive electrical work. My family and I see so happy with our new kitchen! We highly recommend Jeff for home renovation projects. We hired Personal Touch Contracting to install flooring in three rooms. Gregg did an amazing job on the floor and baseboard. Gregg was so great to work with because he communicated throughput the entire project. We did a huge remodel in our house. We moved the kitchen from where it was into the dining room. The company moved the plumbing to the other room, ripped down walls, and installed new flooring throughout the house. Jeff was in constant communication with me.
