This publix stocks and sells tons of expired food. I got sick after eating ravioli that was a month past the date. just tonight i almost bought a bag of cheese that was well over a month past it’s date. Other expired foods I’ve had from here are yogurt and hummus. So… buyer beware if you dont wanna get sick. I’ve told them 5 or 6 times now about it and they’ve never addressed it ? i even called the corporate number to report it but I never heard back from them. Honestly i don’t know if there’s anything that can be done about it. Just make sure you CHECK THE DATE ON EVERYTHING unless you wanna ? and get sick like I did.
The fact that I find food in the store that’s a whole *month* or more past it’s date means nobody’s checking the shelves for a whole months at a time ? wild

THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. MY DOCTOR SENT MY PRESCRIPTIONS TUESDAY AT 3:00 PM. WASN'T READY TILL TODAY FRI THE 13TH. TOOK MY GOOD RX AS USUAL AND PHARMACY WOULDN'T HONOR IT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PHARMACY FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. WALGREENS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

There is no need to ever be rude to a customer who may be confused on the processes. I called this morning to discuss the brand name change of my prescription and the Pharmacy Technician who answered the phone was very rude and in the middle of me speaking put me on hold to get the manager. The manager was very polite and further explained why I needed a new doctor's authorization for the brand name change and all was well. You never know what people may be going through and it cost $0 to be kind and do your job accordingly. With all the added stress we have in the world, be kind. I have been a customer at this location for several years and did not need the unprofessional service this morning.

My mom had a medication that had 2 different generic options and this pharmacy is the only one that caught an error made from months ago at other pharmacies. They patiently waited for me to double check with the specialist before refilling it. They even recognized me right away and asked how everything was.They are super personable, friendly and very attentive.

well because your customer service are wrong your food informed I called earlier about 4 p.m. and asked if I could get change for $15 and the lady told me yes till 10 and when I get there after about 8 to manager wanted to be a dick I told me no I couldn't but it was my fault because I trust the customer service at the store

Never have prescriptions ready. I mean never. Even when I call ahead several times and they say it will be ready you get there and it's not. Every single time I find myself wandering around the store for thirty minutes or so.

I am really disappointed with this location. Every week it is a mad house in the deli/prepared foods. I don't know if the day crew doesn't prep enough for the evening but this Publix sucks!!? After waiting in line for 35 they are out of everything I'm ordering..meatballs? for a sub?? Then it's 40 minutes before hot food is ready. This is literally every week...it's getting tiring. I would like to mention though, employees are so kind.

Had a scary awful experience trying to order baked goods for my son's 1st Bday party. Cake decorator basically called me a liar and manager stood by and allowed it. Insane to charge one price for an item on 10/2 and on 11/1 say it will be $10 more. I went to my Mother In Law's Publix in Altamonte on 434 and the experience was like night and day. One thing that is completely unacceptable is to basically call a customer a liar. They've lost my business forever not that I think they care but corporate really needs to address this.
