I ordered a chocolate ganache birthday cake. Huge mistake. First, it took 15 minutes to break the cake out of the plastic dome. Once we got the cake out of its prison, we were so sorry we did. There was no chocolate ganache about it and it is the worst cake I ever bought at Publix. I am hoping to get my money back tomorrow. Ruined my birthday dinner.

Im not one to normally write reviews but I had a great experience!! It was my first time ordering anything from the seafood area because I normally buy things frozen. Ramone was so extremely helpful and found exactly what I was looking for and Rocky was able to finish the process with weighing my food and making sure I got the amount I asked for. They were so helpful, so kind and I would say 10/10 would recommend going here if you need fresh seafood.

Publix at Hunt Club has staff that is welcoming & courteous. They are usually well stocked, this particular week they ran out of a BOGO item so they offered me a rain check. I was promptly helped at customer service and given the rain check & went in the following week to purchase the items at the BOGO price. 💕💕💕
