Great service, horribly long wait time

I have been going to this particular Quest for about 2 years. To draw blood, I tell them to use a butterfly (child's) needle. Well, two techs said "Well, let's see what you have going on." This was NOT up for discussion! My blood pressure went up, the stress invariably caused my sugar to spike, which is what happens when you are under unreasonable stress. Finally, they granted my request! This was a terrible experience. Also, you people schedule WAY TOO MANY appointments!!! The techs are run ragged. All you are interested in is getting bodies in and out and money! That is a disgrace! I won't be returning! Do NOT go here!

If there was a way to do a negative star I would do it. I had an appointment this morning and went to the quest in Apopka and was treated horribly. I did not stay and I will not use this place for my lab work and I have a lot of lab work that needs to be done.
I’m sure you don’t care which is the attitude I got from your employees. And on top of that, the place is very disgusting very dirty why anybody wants their blood There, I don’t know you’re gonna catch a nasty disease

Shahein was very professional and friendly and put me at ease for my blood drawn. Her venipuncture was perfect.....you couldn't even tell, no telltale bruising or trauma. Well done!!!

Do not take lunch time appointments, I had to wait 1.5 hrs even I had appointment.
I do not have issue with their work though. I have really thin veins and they didn’t struggle, used butterfly needles.
My last visit was not pleasant, the lady refused to draw blood unless I pay $100 first, she said, did you reach your deductible? I said, no, then she said, it’s from insurance company, it’s your deductible! Didn’t wanted to walk out because that test was crucial. I had no choice so I paid with my hsa card, now I received insurance companies invoice and it’s showing me I was responsible for $52.95. Well, now I have to keep calling them to get back $47.05.Good thing I took payment receipt.

All quest locations just suck
You can't talk to a human being to set up a appointment, to know if they do the bloodwork needed or not. I drove over an hour just to be told no. This is absolutely ridiculous. Where are the actual humans to assist

I had a nine forty appointment and got there at nine thirty five signed in and sat down. my name was first on the list. Another person Came in at nine forty five and signed in and the screen put them first as they had a 9:30 appt. The were taken first. Why should I have to wait after coming on time for someone who was 15 min late? Also, the girl that took my sample was rude and snappy. May go to lab quest next time but have been coming to quest for years and have not had this problem.

I had an appoitment at 8:50 AM, then I waited till 9:35 AM. they shouldn't have taken too many customers while technicians work so slow, they take time to work, it is not professional.

This is first time in years that I have come to this location. Customer service is horrible, wait time is horrible. The lady sitting at the front can’t bother to get off her phone to help patients. Lady at the front desk constantly complaining about being over booked and under staffed. Supposedly there are 8 techs working but only 3 are actually pulling patients back. Literally had to wait just under 4 hours to be seen.

The staff will lie and give you incorrect estimates to wait time, will instruct you to fast and then not see you appropriately leading you to become ill. This place is the personification of being on hold with no end in sight. Take the time to drive elsewhere.

I think they hire the students of a college in training or the D- ONES! THEY ARE ROUGH! I end up bruised and had one actually complain I was her first patient because I had to have multiple tests and 12 viles drawn. So sorry you have to do your job and it's not all the quick and easy ones for ya! So unprofessional

Terrible experiences here. Wait time with an appointments always more than an hour. Staff are rude.
