The flow of business was higher than normal with it being Monday of Thanksgiving break. The technician Emma deserves a huge shout out for her quick pace and efficient procedures. Her hustle exceeded everyone else on the shop floor.

Been a long time customer a 20 plus year and 4 new vehicles. I took my wife's car for a oil change, tire rotation and engine lite. This is will it good because they aways come back with many more problems. I need tires, brakes, battery it at 56%, evap leak which is what causing the check engine lite, twenty lug nuts for $200.00 because they are swollen! Which is a Ford problem! And they should replace so no tire rotation. Brake fluid flush and coolant flush. $3300.00 without adding in the Evap purge valve $445.00. Yes I'm not happy at this point. I go discount tire, where I got the tires. Their numbers for tread came back different than what Ford said. I got all my lug nuts changed for $27, which is what I found Lug nuts on Amazon for and their impact wrenches took all the lug nuts off with no problem, I guess they have better lug nut wrenches than Ford does. The bottom line is quit trying to take advantage of people do what needs to be done to keep people on the road. This is greed and I will find service elsewhere.

I cake led several times during the week and was put on hold one day for a total of 47 minutes being bounced around then sent to a voicemail so I hung up out of frustration. I tried again the next day and was on hold for 32 minutes. I finally called back the next day and set up an appointment to get a tire replaced that is under warranty. I got here and checked in and it wasn’t that busy. An hour and 36 minutes later I got up to ask what was taking so long and they told me my car was just now taken into the bay to be fixed. My appointment was over an hour and a half ago and it’s just now getting worked on. I’m so frustrated. No apology from them just a shoulder shrug. I wish I had never bought a car here so I wouldn’t have to keep using them due to my warranty.

This past Saturday my battery died at a local restaurant. Could not jump it with regular cables, had a tow truck on the way. Called quiclkane to let them know we were coming. Elizabeth took call and went out of her way to come to the restaurant and use a jumper box to start our vehicle. We then went to quicklane and they quickly changed battery and did works on our explorer. This is truly going above and beyond with customer service. Thank you so much Elizabeth and quicklane!!

Customer service not good wasn't welcomed coming in waiting in front of the employee at the computer to be helped never got a I'll be right with you nothing waited a bit without acknowledgment so I walked out

Just needed new wiper blades. I stopped earlier at AutoZone and they couldn't get the right ones. Even if they could it would have been more expensive. Thank you Mullinex Ford for being there while on vacation

There’s nothing quick about it. Even with an appointment plan on spending over two hours. They service people who arrive after you first and give priority to work that’s sent over from the other service center.

I came in without an appt for an oil change and was greeted with courtesy. I was surprised when they completed the work ahead of the estimated time and it had also included a free wheel alignment check.

Appointment at 12:00pm
I come at 11:40am
I ask when the car is gonna get worked on at 12:24pm, he says “you are next”
3 more cars pull in for service.
I ask for my keys back at 12:32pm. And the manager with curly hair rolls his eyes and lets out a frustrated Sigh
Between 12:00pm to 12:32pm, there was minimum 5 cars pull in.
Bunch of 18-25yo “technician” just walking around doing bare minimum. You can see everything through the glass. Who is managing here and hired these people?

My husband and I have been getting services here for the past year. Every visit my vehicle was completed within a timely manner. Although this time the technician forgot to check my air pressure the lady in the shop was quick to filling them up.Highly recommended!
