Where to start not that management will care. But you cannot lock the bathrooms and restrict people from using them at 9:30 at night just because you want to. Especially paying customers who simply wanted to wash their hands. It is illegal for a place that serves food to not give restroom access. Secondly completely unprofessional to watch the kid inside scratching off a lottery ticket as I was checking out

Restrooms are closed when they should be operable during 24 hour business. Cleaning them or not it should always be open. Will definitely be reporting this.

Rude cashier today. She is just as hateful as can be. 2:08 pm 7-18-25 Classic rudeness! Tell her 2 items and for some reason the discount wouldn't go through so I ask for different 2 items, she had the nerve to ask her coworker to go get them cause she just couldn't bother to do it herself. What a horrible coworker she makes out to be with her snide remarks to customers. Bless her heart

I’ve live in apopka for 11 years and every time I go into this racetrac it’s hostile and a rude disrespectful experience, this is a public gas and customers spend there money and don’t need a rude manager, how can she be a manager and rude to customers, I experience other customers saying the same things, it’s like this manager Bridget tries to provoke me, with nasty comments or looks, no customer should have to experience this behavior from a gas attendant, I live right down the street and I shouldn’t have to go to another gas station because of a rude worker, I assume the regional manager don’t read the reviews, cause she should no later work there, this is her now, she’s rude and has a very ugly personality

Bathrooms were not available at 8:49 pm on April 2, 2025 and the ice cream machines said “Do not disturb”. I have not been to a Race Trac in months. I did not experience convenience and really needed to use the restroom. Ugh. I understand closing stuff down for security due to homelessness and discouraging people from hanging out but what about everyone else? I thought if you are 24 hours full service that means 24 hours full service. If staff is short, maybe close the main lobby at night. The public will get the point.
