Used to be a 4 to 5 star company and service till recently. I ordered a product and they claimed it would arrive in a few days. It's been almost 2 weeks with more excuses. Then I decided to look further into my account and find out that I'm paying almost double the amount of payments I was told I would pay, which comes out to almost $500 more than I was quoted.Un professional ?%

Rent a center is usually fine, but this location is terrible. My husband made a purchase online, paid the first payment, and signed on the agreement documents. The website then said to call the store to set up delivery/pick up. The store then said he needed to make another payment that amounted to 3 more weekly payments before he could pick up the product or have it delivered.Nowhere online does it say that. In fact, the website acknowledged that the next payment wasn’t due until 10/1.This store refused to honor the online agreement and gave no reasoning accept “we require a full 4 week payment upfront.”Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
