I visited their office today at 3 o clock and saw it was closed. They hardly respond to calls and now their office is closed. Too slow to make policy changes.
I decided to change my local agent. I got to know from State Farm customer support that the Bob Denis State Farm Office is permanently closed! So, now I know why they don’t pick up calls.
