They need to change the lines so that people with just returns don’t have to wait for 12 customers purchasing to be taken before a return. I already waiting on line to purchase initially so I shouldn’t have to wait on line again for a simple return. This is my second time in the store trying to return where the line was so long

Worst shopping experience in my lifetime. Takes more than 30 min to return an item! On a busy Sunday with 30+ customers inline but just two cashiers! That’s just wonderful to a whole new level!

Don’t shop here unless you have cash their Terminal is whack they took the funds out of my account but told me that I could not take the items home because their terminal was having issues. It’s been four days and the funds have still not been returned, and I had to leave the store after shopping for an hour without the items I was still charged for. When I called the bank, they said it was their terminal, not the bank because the funds were available… What a waste of time

AWFUL customer service. If you can even call it that. I pushed the button for jewelry counter help three times and each time, the same girl completely ignored me and helped every other person but me. I waited 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to help me. I left everything I planned on buying on the counter and walked out. This place sucks!

There was an extremely long line with only 2 people checking and one of those checkers was only doing returns. At one point they had a third staff member, but she went on break even with all the people waiting. I asked a staff member to call more people and the person doing returns said “well they’re on break”. I have a pain disease and can’t say as for long -I was in tears by the time I made it through the line. The only staff member that seemed to care about customers was the only one checking people out.
