Where do I begin?! I will start off by stating four of the five separate interactions with Sam’s Club Tire department were consistently poor. The tire purchase was handled well but the 4 separate visits (install, pick up, repair & pick up) were nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As another reviewer mentioned the guys doing the tire installation and repairs are horribly inept at customer service and efficiently doing the work. Two different guys (one for install and another for repair) were rude, slow and just all around unpleasant for no reason whatsoever. They not only seemed annoyed that they had to install four tires but after pointing out the tires were not inflated to the correct Psi one of them said “looks like you have a heavy engine and can’t do anything about it”. Totally ridiculous to make such a half baked excuse rather than just pump the tires to the correct Psi. He walked away and I ended up taking the car to a local shop to inflate the tires. A short time later (a few days after the install) I ran over a nail and caught a slow leak. I took my jeep back to Sam’s as the tires should be covered. Again, the guys were inconvenienced that I ask for the tire repair. I understand if they had appointments or had cars in their shop but they simply didn’t want to stop their “fun time” to help. I was left with no choice but to come back another day. I will never recommend or use this place for any of their car services again. If I could leave negative 5 stars it would be too kind.

Went Fri night at 5:40 to get a flat fixed. There were no cars already there but they told me they don't work on after market tires, which I told him mine are original. He said they still couldn't do it and to come back tomorrow. I went in again on Saturday and was told they had a car pulling in and they'd do it after. I sat watching them for an hour and they couldn't even change 2 tires and were on the phone and taking breaks throughout and decided I didn't want them touching my 4 month old vehicle.

I came here to sams club tire installation and I've been waiting here for more than a hour and the employees were talking instead of putting the new tires and I do not recommend to fix your tires here.

Took my grandparents here for the first time and they absolutely loved it ms was shocked at everything they carried in the store. My grandfathers favorite part was sitting down while my grandmother went through every single isle. . They are no sams club members

Not really sure this location isn't open before 10 am on Sundays! I have seen them doing curbside pick up an hour before the stores open ! I haven't ever seen any store I have shopped doing curbside before regular store hours ! Also there are almost next no perks plus members ! People work on Saturdays , Sundays should be an option as well ! If they can curbside they can let plus members in at least an hour before the store opens ! Extremely disappointed.

So you can open up curbside earlier than 10a.m. On Sunday , but u can't make store hours earlier? That makes zero sense.

I just want to thank the tire and battery department today. They saw a need and it was met with no hassle but with understanding. I will make it to work on time!! They are understaffed and still are able make things happen!! Salute!!

I went there today and picked up a few items. As I was walking by a few aisles, there was a prepared shrimp tray on top of some boxes. I picked it up and took it to the first employee I saw, who took the package - I figured, to put it back in the refrigerated section where it came from but, no, he walked all the way back to the back of the store, then all the way back to where he was working. He did what he was paid to do. He did it properly when no one was watching. I was so

Bought a TV online through Sam's because they were out in the store 2 days before Thanksgiving. It's December 21st and still haven't received it, There are 6 sitting in the store but they told me they can't help and I will need to continue to wait. Sam's has my money and I have no TV. They obviously do not care about their customers. AVOID Sam's online, and AVOID Sam's Apopka Guest Service.

This review is for the auto mechanic only, the rest of the store staff has been great! So polite and helpful. The one mechanic on the other hand is awful. We called to see if they had a truck battery in stock, nice associate checked and said yes we have one in stock, but call when you're on your way bc it's first come first served. Lie #1: when my husband called a few hours later to make sure it was still there, a different (very rude) mechanic said no it's on back order, can't get one. When we arrived at the store, 10 minutes later and saw the battery sitting there ready to be bought and installed, he made up an excuse that it must've just been put there in the 10 minutes between his phone call and arriving at the store..sure, that's believable. So we buy the battery, pay to have him install it. Lie #2: He calls 5 minutes later and says we need to come back right now bc the truck is on fire. We panic and go rushing back over there only to find that the truck is NOT on fire. It's common for a car battery that is no longer working to have a small amount of smoke. There was a very small stream of smoke, less than a cigarette butt would make. I said, "Where's the fire?!" He said, "I'm not touching it, it's on fire." I asked him to show me where it's on fire. He couldn't bc it was NOT on fire. I asked him what I should do, is it safe to take the battery out? He told me he's not touching it and I need to call the fire department. Ummm ok, I'm not calling the fire department and wasting resources when THERE IS NO FIRE. When I asked him if it's safe for us to take the battery out ourselves since he refused to help, he told me he doesn't care, I can do it if I want to, it's "not his problem." I said well we're stuck here in front of your auto shop so it is a problem, I don't know what to do, is it safe to tow it home? His words exactly, "not my problem, you're not blocking anything for me, I can close my gate, I don't care what you do." Needless to say my husband watched a YouTube video and changed the battery on his own. It was not on fire. There was no hazard. The guy just wanted any reason not to work and do his job. Please think twice before choosing them as your mechanic.
