“We just had a bunch of polos embroidered here for new work shirts for our staff and they came out perfect. Every step of the process was smooth and convenient. They sent proofs of the design asking me to sign off so nothing was run incorrectly prior to the start. Their selection of shirts and materials to choose from is vast and had plenty of options for our strange requests. Apparently, our previous shirts were made here as well (I didn't oversee that production), but they lasted almost 8 years through a lot of work and stress on the materials. I'm wearing one of the old ones now and it is still a great shirt, no loose threads or fading colors. I hear their digital fabric transfer works quite well also and the graphic didn't tear when I stretched their sample in store. Pretty impressive technology nowadays. These guys are pros. Will definitely be back to have our T-shirts made here as well! Thanks again, guys!”

There were address issues, custom issues and while it took an hour, the staff was helpful, professional, polite and kind to my struggles to get this important package where it needed to go. “Ordered 4 designer signs and a signpost. At pick, I realized the numbers were bleeding over on one side of the sign, not the other.
I pointed this out to there team and Jason came over to address my concern. While talking to him, the large sign slipped out of my hand and dropped to the floor and severely bent the corner. I was mad at myself and asked if he could straighten that out somehow, which he tried and couldnt fully remove. He asked if i could wait 10 minutes he was going to remake the two signs where the black numbers bled over onto the colored design.
Jason not only remade the two signs that bled over, but he made a completely new sign to replace the one that I dropped and damaged.
It was not his responsibility, but he did it anyway. Thats great customer service. They got a customer for life and deserve your business.”
