Do not hesitate to rent from this California based company, here in Central Florida. Super knocked out facility with all the bells 🔔 and whistles. I believe Haley (lots of body art) was a breath of fresh air to deal with. She made the administration portion of the process super easy. Had excellent customer service skills as she gave us the ins and outs of the property. Yeah, totally impressed with the thought and detail that went into the development of the storage center!

A great place to store your belongings! I stored my fifth wheel in covered storage. It was easy to access, clean, management was wonderful and the price was reasonable.

Terrible service. DO NOT USE TGIS PLACE!!!!! Service was fine in the beginning. After a few months I recieved no notification of changes and was increased 50% / $100 a month. I was told this is an industry standard. I call BS and will remove all my things. I am sure everyone would be out of business if they consistently raised prices by 50% every few months.

They were robbed within the last 2 weeks. No one notified me that my stuff was at risk. No one notified me that my unit was one of the ones that had the back panel unscrewed, removed and replaced. I found out today when I went by and my stuff was in disarray with my higher ticket items missing.
The manager on duty explained what happened and my first thought was "When were you planning on telling people about this?" The answer seems to be that they were going to let people find out on their own. If you do not have their overpriced insurance through the location then you have to file through your own home owners or renters insurance. I was asked to stop by the office and give them information for their police report but after the abject lack of interest in protecting my items I entrusted to them I was not in the mood.
The truth of the matter? This Storage location can not protect your items you leave with them. When they've violated your trust and your stuff is at risk then you can not count on them letting you know. You are probably better off leaving your stuff on the corner of the street that runs by their location and hoping no one takes it. In the end I feel like I made my stuff more available to be stolen by having it here. I think that says alot.

Absolutely the worst!!!! High way freaking robbery!!! Recently bought a house and went to finally remove my things out of my unit during this Labor Day weekend and went to get a U-Haul to do so and they were closed, called Smart Shop to inform them that I won’t be able to move into my new home until Friday September 6th and they’re literally charging me a whole entire month of rent at $245! This place is ridiculous! On top of the schemes the management pulled multiple times with locking my unit and trying to take possession of my things AFTER making my payments on time, I can’t wait to be done with these people and this place. I don’t recommend them to absolutely anyone!!!!

Can I just say the manager here was phenomenal she was super understanding and extremely nice! The place was very organized and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

The attendant was very helpful and courteous. She was very interested in what I was asking her and her knowledge of the complex was very good. I'm hoping it will be a good stay for the time my stuff is in smartstop storage.

Have had the unit for 1 month. Complete nightmare. Parking lot is insane. So tiny, giant humps everywhere. People parking business equipment in the way. Need a code to enter and to leave ?? Was told Friday inside was closed for painting fine. Today I went and everything is taped up including my lock. But sign says not painting until wed!?? So that's Friday to Thursday I can't access my unit ???? I tried to talk to someone no one there. I tried to call . No one answered . What is going on with this place

Linda and Sam at our local SmartStop have been great to work with for storing our things. We have both an interior storage unit (climate controlled) for our extra household items and an exterior space for our RV which we recently got.
