This place is beyond rude and disrespectful. I typically never have any issues with this place, but this time was completely different. They will speak a different language to talk crap about you. I ended up using google translate and realized they were talking about my tattoos, nails, sandals, and how I was sad and alone. Why does that even matter? If you’re going to talk bad about me, at least do a good job on my nails.

Very nice salon. I went in for manicure, pedicure and eye brows. They really take their time and do it right. * update* this is now the next day and my nails are chipped already and I paid for gel.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with my experience. My nails broke shortly after, and the finish wasn’t clean or well-done. I had higher expectations, especially after seeing the good reviews. I hope the quality and attention to detail improve.

This is THE WORST place you can go to ! I called to make an appointment I get there on time and then make me wait 40 minutes. I used to go see a man named Tom . But never will I go there again it’s extremely unprofessional .
That’s really not the worst thing that’s happening there the worst thing is even when they apply gel polish they apply it around the cuticle which peeled the next day I went there to get it fixed again and still same issues .

I've gone to Snappy Nails a few times, but this will be my last time. The young nail tech tried to do my nails but she is not properly trained in dip powder. My nails are a sloppy, uneven, shapeless disaster. I asked for almond nails that are slightly pointy. She cut my nails too short to get the right shape. The dip powder layers are uneven. I've tried different techs there and they each have a problem. Tina pulled my dip powder off with a tool instead of soaking them. Another lady did good nails but she was mean. The young lady needs training and experience.

These people don’t know how to do nails right. They broke my nail in two and injured me, they wanted to continue filing the nail, which I didn’t allow. On top of that charged me for it. They must not even care about their reputation or for customers to come back… so I won’t.

I went here years ago and stopped going for some reason, well just went back and now I remember why I stopped going. I asked for coffin shape, there square. I started with one nail tech then he stopped and i had to wait till someone else could finish it. 10 min later someone came and finished. They have good color selection, but having to be bounced around is bull. Got them done a week ago and already already catching my hair. Snappy nails, I'm done!

My daughters and I have been going to Snappy for a year or so. Always a great job. If I break a nail in between fills they fix for me no charge. Friendly, good service and great prices. I'm a very happy customer!

had to cut them and pop them off because they hurt so badly. i don’t recommend ive been going here for 3 months ive gotten 4 sets done and never liked them theyre pricing is terrible, my nails always come out very uneven
