I had a great experience. I want to thank Jorge for his patience and professionalism while walking me through the process and showing me the storage space. He made everything clear and easy to understand.
I’d also like to thank Eboni for her kind words and for answering every question I had. She helped relieve my stress and even offered her time and assistance in the future if I need anything else. Her support was truly appreciated.
Excellent customer service from both of them! Highly recommend.

I used Prime Storage for 4 years. My experience has been amazing. Never had any issues at all. The facility is always so clean, well lit, feels very safe and all the units are easy to access. The carts available for use are always where they should be and in great condition. Any time I needed to contact the office, the staff was an absolute delight. I recommend Prime Storage, is a 10 out of 10.

!!!RENTERS BEWARE!! There’s lots of HIDDEN FEES!! & THEY MORE THAN DOUBLED MY MOTHLY RENT W/O my consent!! they said “we sent out emails telling of our price increases “! That being said I’m moving out this month! upon doing the final paperwork, it was only at that point I was informed of a NON REFUSAL INSURANCE POLICY of $17 every month added to the price I was originally quoted! BAIT & SWITCH!! They also promised to beat any competition prices & DIDN’T! @that point, id been driving around n calling etc.. it was late & neeeded it asap, so smh I said whatever I'm here & I already wasted 2hrs here with all the paperwork n “tour”, so out of desperation I got a unit temporarily. I asked to decline the ins & nope! this is “non negotiable” & they don't allow you to refuse the insurance. Ive had units all over the place & I've NEVER been forced to pay for ins. $17 monthly insurance should be disclosed to all potential customers, if its mandatory insurance, then include that extra $17 in your quote. Very unsatisfied customer!
