Fantastic spot. Elizabeth is amazing. Always gives 10/10 service. Was in this location recently and watched an incredibly rude and belligerent customer named Megan Tucker who is also an employee from another T-mobile location, and the staff gave her amazing service even while she was belittling and disrespecting the staff. Will be back again! Love this store!

Avoid this T-Mobile at all costs if you are looking to upgrade or get a new phone!!! Was upgrading my line and was lied to multiple times in order for the employee Elizabeth to make a sale! After 2 days and four hours plus in their store, I got frustrated and Voiced my Frustration and instead of apologizing for miscommunication, she raised her voice and argued with me. Her supervisor stood right next to her and said nothing. Called corporate to complain, and I was told that everything she told me was false. They advised to go to any other T-Mobile besides this one because they had received many complaints!!

Armani helped us out today. He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me find the perfect phone for my son's upcoming birthday. Thank you for your kindness in this process. The transaction was seamless professional, and completed in a timely manner. Great service all around.

I've just spent 20 minutes on the phone with the T-Mobile Customer Service to remove the device protection that was added to my device without my consent. My intention was just to purchase a Galaxy Watch which the lady who assisted me didn't properly configure and I've found about when I had no phone with me, since the watch have phone line attached to it, it is supposedly to work independently able to receive calls and text message.Other negative point of my visit to the store was that the lady ion question, tried to speak in Spanish with me all the time and I've polite responded to her in Spanish even though is not my first language. If you go to the store, try to speak with the manager and ask to see what has been done to your account before close any deal.

Walked in to the store and was greeted with smiles, atmosphere was fun, friendly and productive. Employees were attentive and were very helpful which is sometimes hard to find these days by far one of the best T Mobile locations I’ve been too :)

My wife and I have been dealing with T-Mobile for over 12 years, we have had no complaints whatsoever, I personally have been dealing with Madeline otherwise known as Mattie from a couple of stores that she has worked at, one of the most professional people I have ever met as I am a senior citizen she make sure that I understand everything about my phone all options and she is always available to help

I just found out I have a collections account from a day I enter this store and left without purchasing anything. Incredible. I remember the sales woman had a name tag that said Sushi on it. I went to purchase a cash iPhone because I already have a prepaid SIM card. How could I have an collections account for something I never purchased? So disappointed.

Went to t-mobile store to return router...they (store mgmt) would not accept (their) router made me take to UPS store and ship to their center. Just what we need a breakdown of a procedure right at their store...Was kind with the 3 stars.

Never asked me if I wanted any insurance. They auto added it to my purchase and never mentioned it to me. I don't use Assurant because I use my private insurance to cover cell phone damage.
