I recently put my 2 ½ year old daughter into daycare at The Learning Experience and was advised that she would be in the 2 ½ - 3-year-old classroom with Ms. Yeni Rodriguez but that was not the case when she started, they changed her class and teacher to Ms. Mikayla. I spoke to the Director of the school Bryanna, and she advised nothing could be done and she had to be in this class due to her birthday as well as the number of students enrolled in one class. I was not fond of this, but I still decided to move forward with enrolling her because I had already paid to enroll her. I met with Ms. Mikayla prior to my daughter starting and had a one-on-one meeting with her and my daughter and the meeting went very well. My daughter started part time on Thursday 8/17/23 and caught hand foot and mouth Monday 8/21/23 and caught a cold the day after. Within 2 days of being there she caught hand foot and mouth, next a cold, following a few days after I noticed her hands were severally burnt and red come to find out my daughter was severally allergic to their soap, and it was burning her hands. I noticed the class was at max capacity of 22 students and they just kept enrolling students at this point I seen that they viewed my daughter as just another dollar sign. The lead teacher Ms. Mikayla was basically running the classroom alone and the assistant teacher Ms. McKenzie barely helped. I would receive notifications and photos in their application to tell you about your child’s day they would mark anything in the application would tell me she would eat certain things that I knew she wouldn’t eat. Would mark she would nap when she wouldn’t, and they sent me a photo of my daughter crying on the playground and advised me that, that photo was not supposed to come to me. At the end of it all when I brought everything up to the Directors attention Bryanna, she did absolutely nothing and didn’t even take our meeting seriously. My daughter lasted 11 days at the Learning Experience because I unenrolled her. This was one of the best decisions I made. Parents do not waste your time at this daycare they do the opposite of what they advertise. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE is what it was and a LEARNING EXPERIENCE for me.

The Learning Experience is a great place for early childhood education! I feel 100% confident in regard to the safety and well-being of my child. My son is always happy when he is picked up! They are excellent in communicating any information, news, issues/concerns pertaining to the school and my child. As a parent, I make sure to spend additional learning time at home, however, the educational program provided to my son has enriched his skill level in all academic areas. The teachers and staff are wonderful - always smiling! I ensure that Apopka, The Learning Experience is stamped with approval across the board!

This is the best school/early learning center I’ve ever experienced! My daughter is always so excited to get up and go to school, I can see the positive impact they are making on her. Her speech is better, and she expresses herself freely. She is usually very shy but she has really come out of her shell. She is learning so much and making lots of friends and she’s only been there a few months. I appreciate everyone there, they are always so kind and pleasant. Keep up the great work TLE!

I am very much surprised to see some of the anonymous reviews on here. My mother has worked in day care for over 20 years, and The Learning Experience Apopka has passed every one of her "secret" tests with flying colors. My son has been at this location for about 3 years now, and even though we have moved farther away we have made the decision to stay at this location. He is happy there, loves the teachers and happily runs to hug the director Ms. Bryanna Dunigan. That alone tells me all I want to know. The teachers have always shown interest in my son’s development, health, and overall wellbeing. We have consistently recommended this day care to people. One of the best decisions we have made.

I had my 3 kids at The Learning Experience and it was the worst decision I have ever made. The teachers are great however I feel that they are being forced to do extra duties and they loose focus on the kids and the accounting side and how they charge you it’s insane. They start changing your dues without any notices and when you ask why it went up they don’t have a clear explanation . I removed all my 3 kids from here to somewhere with more clarity.

I wish I could give this place more stars than 5. This is my very first time leaving my two daughters in someone else care. The front desk makes themselves always available. My first day I called about 20 times to check on the girls. Miranda, Bryanna, and Danielle always treated me with kindness. My daughter’s teachers are super nice as well. I am so happy I found them!

The teachers are amazing! Ms. Yeni & Ms. Karina treated my son like their own! They are so kind and caring, and they always have a smile on their faces. They truly care about the children and their learning experience, and they are the ones who make TLE Apopka a great place! Also, Ms. Sandra's smile every morning as we walked in and her positivity helped make every day brighter!I wish I could give 5 stars, but management (Bryanna Dunigan & Danielle Callahan) need A LOT of training & more education. They are very unprofessional and only care about themselves and the money, not the children or families. They lack workplace etiquette and respect. When we first started at TLE Apopka, there was a different Center Director in charge, or we would have not chosen this school. It's unfortunate because like I said, the teachers are wonderful!

SON GOT HAND MOUTH AND FOOT DISEASE AFTER THREE DAYS !! I requested a tour as my husband wanted to find a daycare for our son as soon as possible. Upon my initial visit I was caught of guard with how easily anyone can just walk in. The front desk lady was extremely pleasant but the smell of the place was honestly horrific. The phone kept ringing non stop and the girl who was suppose to be my sons teacher couldn't even bother to introduce herself to me as she was busy running around. I decided against this daycare but somehow the following week my husband was able to enroll him, I didn't get any notification, at all, what so ever. I keep calling the daycare and no one answers. My son went to this daycare Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Sunday I realized something was wrong with my son. Monday morning I took him to the doctor, my son got Hand Mouth and Foot Disease from this daycare...in only three days of being here. I know children get sick, that is expected, but for your child to get hand mouth and foot disease that quick only represents how unclean and unsanitary this place is.

From the moment I took the tour to see if this was the place I wanted my kids to go to for VPK. I fell in love. The cleanliness is amazing the safety protocols are awesome and the staff are truly great people. I do not doubt that the learning experience is a safe and clean environment where my kids can thrive and learn the best they can.Love this place.

My family and I really loved this place. Staff is super friendly and caring Both of my sons went about 2 years ago for day care and now my little one returned for Pre-K ! Very clean and super child friendly. My son Keyler’s teachers May.Roxanne and Ms.Yeimy are the best! They really care for their students and communicate with you about any help they need at home and what your child does in class. I definitely recommend The learning experience, With them I am at ease at work and I know my child is in good hands. ☺️
