DO NOT HIRE THE HOME DEPOT TO INSTALL DOORS! I wouldn't let them install a light bulb. $9904 and I can't get one finished door out of 4. I have one that just unlatches itself. Saturday I came home to find the house open.Randall Tackett should be ashamed of himself. I have a 2 year old autistic child here and I'm across from a lake. And the install company, KMAX? Another rude individual. The photo below is how I found the doorSure hope i dont get burglarized!!

Customer service is horrible. Managers are condescending and will talk down to customers. Corporate will blow you off when you try to make a complaint. I will never shop here or any Home Depot again. This veteran will only support Lowes!

Avoid an employee at this location named Des. Rude, condescending and not helpful in the least. I will avoid this store completely in the future just to not have to deal with her.

I ran into Mike and Angel talking in the appliance area and asked about fire pits. They said they did not carry yet but looked like I was just interrupting there conversation. Fixing to leave I asked a guy named Joe the same question and he took me right to them. They almost lost a good sale if it was not for Joe. Thanks Joe

I use a handicap cart when shopping and had trouble navigating the store as associates left lumber in the middle of 2 aisles blocking them none of the items were in the location the store app said 1 item that was said to be available in-store was not, and I would have to order it online associates seem to be untrained on the location of items outside of their own department(the person that was most helpful turned out to not work there but was a vendor and knew the store layout himself, and the topper was I accidentally left a bag containing the nails I lost and the shut-off valve for a toilet replacement job I am doing at my home, and the store told me there was nothing they could or would do about it.

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator... the buying experience was pretty good! Don in appliances was friendly and knew what he was doing. He was a good representative for Home Depot. My only concern with Don is he never mentioned anything about a shut off valve requirement for the install/delivery. And I mention this because I would totally be giving a ONE STAR REVIEW for Home Depot's delivery crew/company because they were completely unwilling and inflexible! They refused to touch the shut off valve because it wasn't behind the frig... so My husband turned the water off (shut off valve) that was not in the location they preferred... and then they refused to install the refrigerator because of some 6 ft requirement about the shut off valve? Which really had nothing to do with anything once the water was off! The installers called their warehouse supervisor who tried to give my husband and I some lame excuse(s) but we had already told the delivery guys to just bring the frig in and leave it -- we would install it ourselves!! They had their supervisor on speaker -- I could hear her telling them to make sure to have us sign some stupid waiver about damages, etc. to our frig (which "we" had already disconnected because we are capable)! The entire delivery was a total cluster!! I'm not handy but my husband is... once they had left -- he took the already existing water line (in the wall/behind the new frig) and twisted it into the new frig... tightened with his pliers and turned the water on -- and DONE!! WHAT WAS THE BIG DEAL?? Please tell me why they couldn't attach-twist-seal and turn on water? It was not complicated but they sure wanted you to believe it was. Oh and BTW... as they moved the existing frig out of the way they left damage in my wall that I'm going to have to repair! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT DELIVERY!

Horrible service. Couldn't get down an isle because a guy with a Pitbull or pit mix couldn't get his dog to ride the cart, all while he was talking to an employee. Said something to the employee who said "yeah, he shouldn't have that dog in here". On the COVID precautions...there are none. Masks are not required, no social distancing. One employee wearing mask under chin, and another pulling it down every time he talked. The store is dirty, employees seem to obviously not care and it seems like there is no management whatsoever.

Chelsea in the Flooring department was outstanding! Highly recommend due to her service, as well as the Manager of The front. So much better than Lowe's in Mt Dora.!

When we are doing large projects it's really wonderful to have the rental truck to transport and it's affordable

I rented a truck and 17 miles into the trip and my first pick up load the truck shut off on me while I was driving down the road. I had to call the after hours service number. All they could offer me was to have the vehicle towed back to Home Depot. There wasn't an option to switch the truck out with another one because The Home Depot was closed. I waited 1 1/2 hour before the tow truck driver arrived. If Home Depot is going to offer truck rentals they should also provide replacement vehicles after hours. I loss a night of work due to this debacle.
