Nice people, but lost they have lost a shirt of mine twice. First time I took as an honest mistake and it was eventually returned. Twice is a pattern and I will look elsewhere.

Very bad service I took one of my husband new pant and they give it to somebody else and they never pay and they took it forever to answer my call very irresponsible and the manager never call me or say nothing to me and they want to pay the five dollars that I pay for dry cleaning

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Trinity Cleaner, prompting me to share my dissatisfaction regarding their customer service and operational practices. Today, I arrived with over 50 items of clothing before 9 AM, seeking information about a potential discount given the quantity. Shockingly, I was informed that discounts were only extended to police officers or firefighters, leaving ordinary patrons out in the cold.When I requested to speak with a manager or the owner to discuss this matter further, I was told that neither was available, raising questions about the accessibility of those in charge. Despite their prominent signage promising a same-day service ("in by 9 AM, out by 5 PM"), my clothes were slated for release the following day at 5 PM, contradicting their advertised turnaround time.The situation escalated when a staff member, clearly lacking professionalism, slammed the register shut and advised me to call back later for managerial assistance. Subsequent attempts to reach the manager revealed an unwavering refusal to offer any discounts and a dismissal of the advertised service timeline as a mere suggestion.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the transparency and integrity of Trinity Cleaner's operations. If this is the level of customer service exhibited in front of clients, it raises valid questions about the treatment our garments receive behind closed doors. I cannot recommend Trinity Cleaner based on this disheartening encounter, and I will be seeking laundry services elsewhere in the future.
