I took my car to Tuffy’s today because some of my lights came on. I asked for a diagnostic which cost $149. First, the staff was friendly and professional. The wait time was an hour but other shops that I stopped by had longer wait time. Anyway, they checked my car and they didn’t charged me for the diagnostic since they didn’t find anything wrong with my car and also top my coolant which was low. Also, none of the lights (reason for my diagnostic) came on when I drove back home. They told me to come back if I had any other issues. I will go visit them again!

Every time I go to Tuffy I have had a great experience. Everyone is cool and patient and most importantly—HONEST. I went for an oil change and a few other minor things. After waiting a little longer than usual, my car was ready. Since it took a little longer, I was not charged at all. I have taken my current and last car to this location for over 15 years and have never had a problem. IF something wasn't done correctly, it was fixed at no charge to me. I trust them with my cars and highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. On my way to an appointment. I got a nail in my tire air leaking fast. I pulled in expecting to wait for awhile. But mentioned I was on my way to an appointment.
