Ricky was an incredible help, and I appreciate him so much! I got a flat tire unexpectedly in Sanford near Boombah Sports Complex. Ricky happened to be driving by and stopped to help me. He was so kind and gracious, and I truly appreciate his help in changing my flat tire. He didn't have to stop, especially since I hadn't called a tow truck, but out of the goodness of his heart he helped me. He's a great guy and an exceptional employee. He even refused when I offered to compensate him. Please know you have an invaluable employee on your team.

I live in a town home 1 way street and 1 car garage this man parked my drift car in my driveway perfectly I highly recommend and they're customer service is awesome they quoted me at 100 sum dollars but since he was cool people's he shaved some of the price off due to the fact my wheel studs where snapped

I was having a transmission problem with one of my vehicles and so I called these guys. #1 Germain arrived earlier than they said which is awesome. #2 super honest, he saw that I really didn't need to be towed. I used Unity Towing via Progressive's Roadside Assistance. Chris called before arriving to ensure that he could find us. He was very professional and assisted with getting our car out of our driveway and on to the tow truck in a tight space! Due to this being our only vehicle currently, I did not accompany the car to the VW dealer where it will be repaired. Chris gave me a call once he arrived there and turned over the vehicle keys to VW. He definitely went above and beyond and it was much appreciated!
