Cust serv is great WHEN you get it. Standing in line too long. Separate line to pick up packages seems forgotten. Get more people please

Nasty disgusting attitudes! I would avoid this location at ALL cost! The two ladies at the front especially the one with the Afro doesn’t need to be in customer service! Will be writing a formal complaint!

Danesha was very rude and unprofessional. She slammed my package on the counter even after I told her it had fragile items in it. She had a very nasty attitude with other customers. I assume that the post office is short staffed, but that's no reason for her to act like that. A manager needs to talk with her about her slack of unprofessional behavior.

This is ridiculous. 2 people working. Supervisor is on office. Some sort of sales rep/ stamp rep has came in to speak to supervisor. So instead of the supervisor coming out she told the employee to do it. Mind you there legit 8 people waiting on line right now while this is happening. So now only 1 person working with I'm sorry 10 people standing in line. Idk why the supervisor isn't out here helping in some capacity. This is the worst location I've ever been to. I wrote this after standing in line now dealing with all this for over ten min.

Love my local post office! They are still one of the best things the federal government ever implemented and still the most reliable mail carrier. Lines have always moved quickly here and the staff is super friendly!

On 5/8/25 I was informed via USPS notification that a package had been held at the Apopka post office instead of being delivered to my house.
So, I called the post office and an employee named Shalain answered the phone. She explained to me that the package may not make it out today and was indeed available for pickup.
The problem is that I'm going to be out of town until next week and I won't be able to pick it up until then.
She put me on hold and when she came back to the phone she informed me that she caught a carrier just before they left and that my package would be delivered today. Shalain went above and beyond to help me and I'm very thankful.
She has helped restore my faith in USPS.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Multiple times they have put important mail or packages in other mailboxes on our street. It's truly insane how often it's happened. Literally happened today with an Amazon package and it was kind of pricey. I can only hope a nice honest neighbor brings it back or the post office realizes tomorrow they screwed up. When we first moved into this house we had to go to the post office 4 times before they finally changed out the lock before we could even start getting our mail. It’s absolutely insane.

None of the worker in USPS wants to actually do work. Was told that i needed to pick up my package because their worker has a back problem. It is not my responsibility if they cant do their job. They should deliver to the location. then another day my package says delivered but it was never delivered. The USPS are getting worst as ever been. If you dont want to do your job or has health problems dont work for the postal service

None of the post workers want to deliver mail. Every time I get a package that requires a signature they always place a note in my mailbox saying no one was available to sign. I never leave EVER! Do the job you are paid to do. Deliver the mail. I live in an isolated community that has 111 homes. One big loop. Mailboxes are all in one central location. Too much work to ever drive by and knock on the door if it’s outside of those centralize mailboxes. Sucks! Then you do have to leave the next day or in my case now Monday to stand in a long line during my working hours to pick up my package.

Does anyone answer the phone? Calling for 3 days to clear something up and guess their phones don’t work
