I had a great experience at this pawnshop! The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave me a fair price for the items I brought in. The store was organized making it easy to browse their inventory. I also appreciated that they had a good selection of items for sale at reasonable prices. Overall, I would highly recommend this pawnshop to anyone looking to buy, sell, or pawn items.

So I'm going to say 3 because yes they have great customer service and José took care of me quickly. I got a loan on a Gold necklace of mine it was Christmas time and my car broke down I was very stressed and was relieved that everything got done so fast, but also that was bad for me because he didn't explain the interest rates and when I realized it is the highest interstate rate of any other pan so. With that I was very displeased. The interest rate on a 100.00 is 10.00 I got 250.00 and my interest rate is 75.00 where is that feasible. Won't ever go back.

All the people who work thereLuis, José and Veronica are excellent people and they work with the customer to satisfy all their needs and most importantly they help you with money loans and give you a good price on anything you are interested in, I would give them 10,000 stars if it were possible . Value pawn & jewelry service employee Jose & luis went above & beyond. They not only do there job but they care about the people who pawn there stuff. Being caught up at work and other stuff in my life.. I tought i was up to date with my pawn tickets . Will guess what i wasnt . Mr Jose had notified me by a call that i have one more day to save my watch. I was like oh no. So then on top of that i had a ring that was due 01/16 and it was already 01/24 lost my ring but Mr luis went above and beyond and went to back to check if it was still in back. Kept looking and looking. Finally i lost hope and was sad. But luis came back and said found it. So i was able to save my pawn tickets. Because of luis and jose I would recommend going back. They take care of there customers . Like me... Thank you luis & Jose
