They were short handed still got my full service done in 20 minutes. They guys were very nice and explained everything as they did it. Even though they were short handed I wouldn’t of known it by how fast and friendly they were being.

Very nice, Team. If you need to make a trip, you definitely need to make a good check-up in your vehicle. Valvoline is one of the best places to help you on this. I went to the Apopka store at Semoran Blvd, and I am so happy with the VIP services. Thank you

This is the only place I get a oil change, I come in multiple times, and they tellMe how the previous person that changed my oil forgot clips, never secured the filter. Same happened to my GF car. I will be Choosing a different location, I like valvoline service overall, it’s just this location.

Just did an oil change service this weekend. Carlos, one of the technicians, was the one who took good care of me. He was very informative and explained all the services they offered but also wasn't pushy. The service took no longer than 16 minutes. Just a suggestion, have more fans in the garage for the technicians. Inside the garage was extraordinarily hot. They do an excellent job considering the heat they're working in.

I went in to get an oil change this past Saturday morning, as I was approaching the shop one mechanic was leading me in. However the other mechanic named Ray was by the entrance and screamed at me very aggressively to stop my car as I was pulling in because he needed to have someone lead me in, but there was a mechanic already doing that. Ray just wasn’t paying attention. Ray proceeded to check the Cabin air filter and when closing the cabin door he slammed it shut. It’s now Monday and I needed to go back to get a cabin check because it was not closing properly, the manager Robert was super amazing and friendly like the rest of the mechanics that were working on todays late shift and were really helpful and pleasant, and when I told Robert about the issue he was very apologetic and fixed the situation immediately. He even walked me through what happened and made sure that it was completely fixed and that I had no other issues before leaving. I would definitely come back for the members on this evenings shift, if Ray was there I would ask for someone else.
